長春安通林汽車飾件有限公司（原長春英提爾汽車飾件有限公司）是安通林（中國）投資有限公司(Antolin)與常熟市汽車飾件股份有限公司(CAIP)共同投資組建的汽車零部件合資企業。
西班牙安通林集團公司是安通林家族于1959年創建的，起初主要致力于汽車轉向及懸架球節裝置的制造，1967年公司實施了產品細分和產品多樣化戰略，產品主要涵蓋汽車座椅、車門、車頂三大內飾件系列。1985年正式更名為安通林集團公司。從20世紀90年代安通林集團公司開始拓展它的國際業務，并順利進入了包括歐洲在內的英、德、法、葡萄牙等國和美國、墨西哥、巴西、阿根廷、日本、印度、泰國、韓國等國家。

常熟市汽車飾件股份有限公司（CAIP）由羅小春先生于1992年創立，集團總部位于江蘇省常熟市，是國內發展最快的民營的汽車內飾集成制造企業之一。主要為一汽大眾、上海通用、奇瑞汽車、北京奔馳、東風神龍、上汽汽車和上海大眾等汽車制造廠的供應商，提供配套門內護板總成、儀表板/副儀表板總成、行李箱內飾總成、衣帽架總成和天窗遮陽板等汽車零部件。 公司產業規模不斷壯大，分別在江蘇省常熟市、吉林省長春市、安徽省蕪湖市、北京市建有五個全資公司、三個合資公司和汽車技術有限公司。并致力于設計、開發、制造汽車內外飾零部件。

ChangChun Antolin Automotive Interiors Co., Ltd (CAAI) is a joint-venture which is invested by Antolin (China) Investment Co., Ltd (Antolin) and Changshu Automotive Interiors (CAIP).
Grupo Antolin is a Spanish family owned company established in 1959. The original productions for GA including steering joint and roof linings. From 1967, GA began it’s revolution from single components to modular products, Mainly Strategy focus on vehicle interiors including Seating, Door Function and Overhead System. And officially became Grupo Antolin in 1985.Since 1990’s, GA began to explore the international market, and began its business in Britain, Germany, France, Portugal and the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Japan, India, Thailand, South Korea and other countries.
Along with more and more joint ventures or wholly foreign owned enterprise established in China. Changshu Automotive Trim Company (CAIP Group) was founded by Mr. Luo Xiaochun in 1992. The CAIP Group is headquartered in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province and is the fastest-growing private manufacturer of automotive interiors components. Main customers include FAW-Volkswagen, Shanghai GM, Chery Automobile, Beijing Benz, Dongfeng Citroen Peugeot, Shanghai Automotive and Shanghai Volkswagen as well as other automobile manufacturer. Supplied goods include: door panels, instrument panels / consoles, trunk trim assembly, hat rack assembly and skylight sun visor, Sun shades etc. The size of CAIP Group is growing larger. It has 5 wholly owned facilities, in Jiangsu Changshu, Jilin Changchun, Anhui Wuhu and Beijing respectively, three joint ventures and an Automotive Technology Center. It also concentrates on the design, development and manufacturing of automotive interiors and exteriors parts.

Now CAAI mainly supplies IP, Console, Door Panel and A, B, C pillar to FAW-VW, Audi, BBAC, SGM, Qoros, C-JLR, Shenyang BMW. CAAI will fully take its advantages of both CAIP and Magna, preferentially meet customers’ requirements, enhance technique’s innovation, and aim at improving products’ quality.
