Buyer - Fulfillment Specialist

Reporting to:
Procurement Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Work model: Onsite
● Deeply understand project requirements, technical specifications and timelines.
● Collaborate with the project team, Engineering, Production, SCM etc.
● End-to-End Lifecycle Management
●
Ensure the OTD (on-time delivery), in-full, and compliant delivery of project-critical materials/equipment/services directly impact project timeline and costs.
●
Perform supplier risk assessments and management (quality, delivery, capability and financial etc.) and feedback to internal related functions.
Contract Management: Understand and enforce procurement contract terms ensure contract execution during PO execution process
●
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate data for purchase orders, supplier information, delivery performance, etc. Provide regular reports on procurement status, costs, risks, and supplier performance.

Process Optimization: Participate in or/and project improvement procurement processes and order tacking methodologies to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications for the Role:
● Bachelor’s degree, preferably international trade / Business management / electrical equipment or automation technology and related majors
● 5+ Years of Work Experience is acceptable, preferably with project procurement fulfillment experience or/and complex order/key material tracking & management experience in background of the manufacturing industry.
● Experience with common ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP), especially procurement and inventory
● modules.
● Business level in verbal and written English
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
