Market Development & Customer Management
市場開發與客戶管理
1.Formulate and execute the annual sales plan for the assigned region to achieve sales targets set by the company.
制定并執行所在區域市場年度銷售計劃,完成公司下達的銷售目標;
2.Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing accounts, regularly analyzing customer needs and adjusting strategies accordingly.
開拓新客戶,維護現有客戶關系,定期分析客戶需求并調整策略;
3.Collect and organize market information (e.g., industry trends, competitor activities) to create reports for decision-making reference.
收集整理市場信息(如行業趨勢、競爭對手動態),形成報告供決策參考。
Project Management & Business Negotiation
項目管理與商務談判
1.Lead end-to-end management of key account projects (from requirement alignment to contract signing).
主導大客戶項目的全流程管理(從需求對接到合同簽訂);
2.Coordinate internal resources (e.g., technical, production, logistics) to ensure order fulfillment.
協調公司內部資源(如技術、生產、物流),確保訂單交付;
3.Participate in business negotiations, developing pricing strategies and contract terms.
參與商務談判,制定價格策略及合同條款。
Team & Channel Development
團隊與渠道建設
1.Build and manage local sales teams or distributor networks.
搭建并管理當地銷售團隊或代理商網絡;
2.Provide sales training and regularly evaluate team performance, optimizing incentive mechanisms.
提供銷售培訓,定期評估團隊績效并優化激勵機制。
Compliance & Risk Management
合規與風險管理
1.Ensure all operations during the assignment comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
確保外派期間的業務操作符合當地法律法規及公司制度;
2.Identify market risks (e.g., exchange rate fluctuations, policy changes) and propose countermeasures.
識別市場風險(如匯率波動、政策變化),提出應對方案。
任職要求:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
本科及以上學歷,市場營銷、國際貿易或相關專業
2.Minimum 5 years of sales experience of International Trade, with at least 3 years in an expatriate or international business role. Prior successful cases in the automotive industry are preferred.
5年以上制造業銷售經驗,3年以上外派或國際業務經驗,汽車零部件相關經驗者優先。
3.Proficient in international sales processes.
精通國際銷售流程。
4.Familiar with export operations (e.g., customs clearance, logistics, settlement).
熟悉出口業務操作(如報關、物流、結算)。
5.Strong command of at least one foreign language (e.g., English, Spanish, Arabic) for fluent business communication.
掌握至少一門外語(如英語、西班牙語、阿拉伯語),能流利商務溝通。
6.Strong cross-cultural adaptability, able to integrate quickly into the local work environment. Exceptional resilience under pressure, capable of working independently abroad long-term. Strategic thinker, able to balance short-term performance with long-term market development.
