JOB DUTIES
? Responsible for connector mold design and development, support new product development.
負責連接器模具的設(shè)計開發(fā)，以及支持新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)
? Own DFM, PFMEA to optimize product design, process design, tooling design and cost, Realizes tooling and product samples optimization.
負責DFM,PFMEA優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品設(shè)計，過程設(shè)計，模具設(shè)計以及成本， 實現(xiàn)模具及樣品的優(yōu)化。
? Ensure molds and processes are designed to produce high quality products efficiently at the lowest possible cost.
確保模具和工藝的設(shè)計能夠以盡可能低的成本，高效生產(chǎn)高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品。
? Provide mold cost estimations for new tooling or processes.
提供新模具或者新制程的成本評估。
? Ensure projects are completed on time and transfer to mass production based on First Article Approval completed with documentation.
確保項目按時完成，并根據(jù)完成首件FAAR批準文檔導入大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)。
? Travel to suppliers/plants for on-site support /fine-tuning or project release.
能夠出差前往供應(yīng)商/工廠進行現(xiàn)場技術(shù)支持/調(diào)試
? Professional in making conditioning parameter of mold injection machine, especially FANUC.
熟練注塑機工藝制定，熟悉FANUC注塑機
? Analyze the problems encountered during sampling and perform mold debugging and improvement plans.
分析試產(chǎn)過程中遇到的問題，并進行模具調(diào)試和實施改善方案
? Good communication skill. Ability to guide mold technician to complete mold assembly and debugging.
良好的溝通交流能力，能夠指導模具技師完成模具組裝及調(diào)試。
? Good at Mold-flow/Modex-3d simulation and analysis.
熟悉 Mold-flow/Modex-3d 仿真和分析
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor of Science or above degree and engineering background.
理工科學士或以上學歷以及工程背景
? More than 8 years mold design, process and troubleshooting knowledge / experience, it is better to have high precision connector mold design experience.
8年及以上工作經(jīng)驗，擁有模具設(shè)計、工藝和故障排除知識/經(jīng)驗，最好有高精度連接器模具設(shè)計經(jīng)驗。
? Strong knowledge of tool fabrication, tool-steel application/selection, heat treating, and plating/coating.
對模具制造、工具鋼應(yīng)用/選擇、熱處理和電鍍/涂層有深入的了解。
? Strong knowledge of injection molding processes (Injection, Insert-molding, two-shot, etc.).
對注塑成型工藝（注塑、嵌件成型、雙色模等）有深入的了解。
? Strong understanding of plastic, injection machine, auxiliary equipment (strip feed, camera, etc).
對塑膠材料、注塑機、輔助設(shè)備（料帶拉料機、相機等）有很強的理解。
? Understand tolerance calculations and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
了解公差計算、幾何尺寸和公差定義。
? Better to have English communication skill – reading, written and spoken.
最好具備英語溝通能力——閱讀、書寫和口語
