In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Through customer engagement provide technical support on existing product portfolio including lead generation, customer pitching, lab testing and field trials, customer training and trouble shooting
• Take ownership of complex tasks and ensures outcomes that benefit customers and the organization
• Creates, shapes and delivers on the opportunity pipeline, and logs technical call reports with the account managers
• Create compelling analysis and visualizations of large complex data-sets
• Provide input of technical and commercial insights based on the regional market for global innovation projects
• Co-lead regional innovation project, when appointed, with Marketing counterparts in line with the regional business strategy
• Drive successful product launches, lab/field trials, and test marketing while ensuring the effective development of technical service materials, sales resources, and Application Qualification Agreement processes

To succeed you must hold:

• Bachelor, Master or PhD degree with proven working experience within grain and/or oilseeds processing, food science and processing and related disciplines
• Highly experienced in designing, analyzing and communicating scientific results
• Have good digitalization skills
• Strong presentation skills; superior written communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Strongly motivated to explore new areas for impact with clear ownership and care for others in the team
• 1/3 to 1/2 of working time is travel related to fulfill the job role
