Objective of job:
Telematics project lead leads RDC inhouse Android CIVIC development and delivery process for China market and global, including project target setup, carline rollout strategy definition, requirement and feature roll out ramp up management, release and config mgmt., project infrastructure definition and defect management for complete lifecycle of HW&SW development based on cooperation with all stakeholders in China and in global, to create transparency among projects and resources, maintain an efficient development project mgmt. system.
Tasks:
1. Collaborate with different stakeholders, acting as the interface between different projects and providing necessary development project information and technical consultance for relevant stakeholders
2. Define and conduct cross functional product development system and tools for China market development projects. In order to create transparency for project milestone cross domain, as well as resource distribution
Own the defined product development system and tools and provide the transparency to all stakeholders.
Drive continuously the development of the system and processes, to ensure the high requirement of project mgmt., and efficiency
Coordinating development of the tools and system, if IT or 3rd part shall be involved to develop it.
3. Technical support for Project leaders and function managers with project mgmt. knowledge.
4. Support surrounding processes (demand management, test management, legal evaluation) to cover the complete lifecycle of delivering a “China-fit” product.
5. Support on Team matters, and organization build-up.
Qualification:
Education: Master degree in electrical engineering, software engineering or computer science, or similar major
Experience:
? Good knowledge/experience about vehicle hardware/software development project
? Good knowledge about product conception, design thinking methodology
? Work experience at OEMs or suppliers for E/E especially Digital Cabin and Connectivity SW development is a plus.
? At least 3+ years of experience in software development projects
? At least 2+ years of experience in vehicle/components development projects
? Working experience in international company is a plus.
? Experience with in-car Digital Cabin application is plus, e.g. navigation, infotainment, or connectivity application
? Experience working in an Agile development environment, Agile/Scrum methodology, experience as scrum master or product owner is plus
Specifc Knowledge:
? Advance knowledge in terms of methodologies in project management, e.g. project plan, risk analysis, PMP is a plus.
? Basic understanding about software development quality methodologies. Know-how with vehicle EE architecture or SW architecture is an advantage.
? Familiar with vehicle development process is an advantage.
? Advanced MS Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
? Experience with Jira, and Confluence or similar PM tools.
? Willingness to travel inside China and foreign countries.
? Self-responsibility, team player with very good communication skills and presentation skills.
? Teamwork spirit with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
? Very good English.
? German is a plus.
