工作職責：
1. Keep machine, tooling running in good condition and make improvement 保持機器設備、儀器的正常運行與改善；
2. Optimize process, reduce production waste and cycle time 優化生產步驟，降低生產成本和時間；
3. Support production line to eliminate technical problem proactively 主動并及時協助生產線排除技術障礙問題；
4. Plan and act to remove additional activities to improve efficiency 策劃并協助生產線減少浪費，提高生產效率；
5. Design and purchasing application for tooling and fixtures 工治具的設計、制作、改進和申購；
6. Make suggestions in SOP/PI revision 建議修訂和完善所有產品的工藝說明；
7. Process setup, sustaining and improvement 制程的建立，改善和維護；
8. Training operators for process stations 負責工藝培訓；
9. Raw material trial run for qualification 參與原材料試產，確認原材料的可行性；
10. In charge of transfer process setup, sample building and production instruction 負責轉移產品的工藝流程建立，樣品的制作和指導試生產；
11. As a team member to finish new product FMEA 協助完成新產品的FMEA。
任職要求：
1.College degree in related mechanical or electrical Engineering
大專以上，線纜或電子電氣專業。
2.Good understanding of wire manufacturing. 熟悉各類線纜制造工藝
3.3+ years’ working experience as engineer in multinational manufacturing companies 3年以上外企工作經驗。
4.Good at English reading/writing, average speaking and listening is accepted. 英文讀寫熟練，能溝通。 Be familiar with CAD software 熟悉繪圖軟件
5.Have knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 了解ISO9001和ISO 14001
