Maintain a good cooperative relationship and do a good job in
product launch, promotion, order management and other work.

Supervise daily operations (including product prices, store
data, promotional activities, etc.), be capable of independently analyzing the
advantages and characteristics of various channels, organize and plan product
promotions, conduct regular effect evaluations, and carry out subsequent plans
and implementations.

Analyze the characteristics of the channels, optimize the
acquisition of product traffic, increase product conversion rates and sales,
and improve the hotel's ranking and reviews on various channels.
分析渠道特性,優化產品流量獲取,提高產品轉化率和銷售額,優化酒店在各渠道上的排名、點評。

Statistically analyze product sales data to provide data
support for channel operation and product development; Based on usage habits,
experiences, and reasonable product demands, a series of comprehensive overall
product operation plans should be formulated.

Develop detailed work plans, achieve performance targets, and
write work reports regularly.
制定詳細工作計劃,完成業績目標,定期撰寫工作報告。

Responsible distribution channels management, include
OTA/WHL/TA. Achieving sales objectives for regional or property.
負責渠道管理工作,包括在線預訂網站,批發商及旅行社。并達成銷售目標。
·
Establish and maintain good relationships to increase sales
revenue.
建立并維護良好的客戶關系以增加銷售額。
·
Responsible for new channels development to increase sales
revenue.
負責新渠道開發工作,并提高其產量。
·
Good communicate with each property/region to increase sales
revenue. To work out the dynamic BAR rate and promotion calendar with regional
OTA Manager, RDOSM and revenue manager together.
與各物業各區域保持良好的溝通,并與區域銷售經理,市場銷售總監,收益經理共同制定相應的門市價及促銷計劃。

Organize channel system and extranet training for regional
OTA Manager.
對相關人員進行渠道系統及后臺培訓。
Requirements 資質要求
·
Familiar with the operation rules and key points of hotel
OTA, having a strong understanding of the tourism industry and OTA, and
possessing independent insights and analytical capabilities.
熟悉酒店 OTA運營規則及要點,對于旅游行業與 OTA具有較強了解并具有獨立的見解與分析能力。
·
Bachelor degree or above, fluent in listening, speaking,
reading and writing English abilities
大學本科以上學歷,流利的英文聽、說、讀、寫能力。
·
More than 2 years hotel / service apartment sales experience.
2 年以上酒店/服務公寓銷售工作經驗。
·
Good interpersonal communication skills to effectively carry
out internal / external communications.
良好的人際溝通能力,能有效地進行內/外部溝通。
·
Strong team spirit, organization and planning capabilities.
較強的團隊協作精神、組織及策劃能力。
·
Familiar with EXCEL, WORD, Powerpoint, PMS and OTA extranet
System.
熟悉EXCEL, WORD, Powerpoint, PMS and OTA extranet系統。
·
Full of enthusiasm, can work under pressure.
