The supplier quality engineer leads all the quality issues at supplier side, including
supplier complaint, new material release, yearly process audit, supplier
evaluation, etc. And the main responsibility is to ensure that suppliers
provide the parts which meet Gentherm’s requirements. This will support and
match our zero defect and continuous improvement at Gentherm and supplier side.

ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform supplier audit to identify possible risk in accordance with Gentherm sourcing process and VDA 6.3 standard
依據VDA6.3 標準和采購流程對供應商進行審核，以識別過程中的潛在風險Provide advice and amendment action plan to support supplier to reach the required standard by Gentherm
提供建議及改善措施，以使供應商達到捷溫的要求
Approve suppliers according to Gentherm sourcing process and in line with project plan milestones
批準供應商并滿足項目的節點
Provide inputs and suggestionson definition of material specification with Engineering, process engineering,purchasing and supplier
提供輸入和建議對于材料圖紙的要求
Work with internal groups such as Program Purchasing, Program Management, Design Engineering and Quality Management to resolve component part issues and support new program launches
與項目團隊成員合作解決樣品問題并支持新項目投產工作
Approve new or changed materials within the assigned commodity in line with project plan milestones by applying PPAP and APQP standards
批準新材料及變更材料的PPAP 文件
· Administrate and store all PPAP and retained samples

· Provide inputs and suggestions on definition and updates of failure catalogues, coordinate and collaborate with Engineering/Production/product quality and suppliers

· Create basic incoming
inspection plan with Engineering department for new materials according to
respective control plans in IBS system

· Define applicable new test equipment/gauge/checking aid in basic inspection plan
在檢驗計劃中，定義適宜的新的檢測設備/量具/輔助檢具
· Issue and monitor supplier complaint in case of non-conforming materials
生成并監控供應商的質量投訴
· Define necessary actions for early production containment
定義早期的遏制措施
· Monitor implementation and execution of effective actions at suppliers
監控供應商提供有效的整改措施
· Retain and track supplier complaint report in supplier complaint folder
存儲相應的供應商投訴報告
· Review current inspection plan
of failure material and inform IQC to update sample stable in IBS dynamically
評審當前不良材料的檢驗計劃，并通知IQC 加嚴抽樣控制
· Track, update and report relevant SQR/MQR/Supplier scorecard
追溯/更新每個月的供應商績效報告
· Perform supplier auditfollowing yearly audit plan
依據年審計劃，執行供應商審核
· Follow up corrective action for deviation from audit
跟蹤供應商審核中的整改措施
· Maintain and participate in the development of Gentherm ERP system
維護并參與捷溫管理系統的開發
· Continuous monitoring of supplier performance with regards to quality or product being delivered to
Gentherm
持續監控供應商交付品的績效表現
· Educate supplier on Genthermquality requirements

· Negotiate quality related agreement/targets except quality manual

MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:
· More than 3 years of experiencein supplier management field / quality management of manufacturing environment
3 年以上制造行業的供應商管理經驗
· Familiar with IATF16949 system
熟悉IATF16949體系
· Understand the basic knowledge of FMEA/CP/PPAP/SPC/MSA
理解基本的五大工具要求
· Familiar with VDA 6.3 standard
