Overseas Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
I. Full Project Cycle Management
1. Planning and Execution: Responsible for overall planning of overseas projects, including construction organization design, schedule planning, and resource allocation to ensure projects progress according to contract requirements. Establish and monitor objectives for quality, safety, and cost control.
2. Risk Pre-control: Identify potential risks (such as legal compliance and cultural conflicts), develop contingency strategies, and ensure project stability.
3. Acceptance and Settlement: Organize phase acceptance and final settlement to ensure project delivery quality.
II. Cross-cultural Coordination and Communication
1. Multi-party Collaboration: Coordinate relationships between clients, design institutes, local construction teams, and subcontractors, resolving on-site emergent issues.
2. Cultural Adaptation: Understand cultural customs of the project host country, avoid communication barriers, and improve team collaboration efficiency.
3. Language Ability: Possess communication skills in English or the local language to ensure accurate transmission of technical instructions and business negotiations.
III. Technical Supervision and Quality Control
1. Process Standards: Understand international steel structure standards (such as Eurocode, American standards), supervise construction processes to meet technical requirements.
2. Safety Management: Develop safety systems, supervise on-site implementation, and ensure zero-accident targets.
3. Cost Control: Prepare budgets and monitor use of materials, labor, and machinery, optimizing resource allocation.
IV. Team and Resource Management
1.Team Building: Build efficient project management teams, clarify division of responsibilities, and enhance execution capability.
2.Resource Allocation: Reasonably deploy manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure construction continuity.
Job Requirements:
1. Major in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related field; college degree or above; must be proficient in English.
2. Minimum 5 years of on-site construction management experience, with steel structure project experience.
3. Priority given to candidates with Grade 1 Registered Constructor (Architectural Engineering), PMP or international constructor certification.
4. In good health, capable of performing job duties.
5. Familiar with design software such as Tekla and AutoCAD; possess cross-cultural communication skills.
6. Work location: Stationed at overseas projects (Regions: Southeast Asia, Middle East, North Africa, Central Europe, etc.).

二、跨文化協(xié)調(diào)與溝通
1.多方協(xié)作:協(xié)調(diào)業(yè)主、設(shè)計院、當?shù)厥┕F隊及分包單位關(guān)系,解決現(xiàn)場突發(fā)問題。
2.文化適應(yīng):了解項目所在國文化習俗,避免溝通障礙,提升團隊協(xié)作效率。
3.語言能力:需具備英語或當?shù)卣Z言溝通能力,確保技術(shù)指令和商務(wù)談判準確傳達。
三、技術(shù)監(jiān)管與質(zhì)量控制
1.工藝標準:了解國際鋼結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范(如歐標、美標),監(jiān)督施工流程符合技術(shù)要求。
2.安全管理:制定安全制度,監(jiān)督現(xiàn)場執(zhí)行,確保零事故目標。
3.成本控制:編制預(yù)算并監(jiān)控物料、人力及機械使用,優(yōu)化資源分配。
四、團隊與資源管理
1.團隊建設(shè):組建高效項目管理團隊,明確職責分工,提升執(zhí)行力;
2.資源調(diào)配:合理調(diào)度人力、設(shè)備及物資,保障施工連續(xù)性。
任職要求:
1、土木工程、建筑工程等相關(guān)專業(yè),大專及以上學(xué)歷;要求熟練掌握英語語言;
2、具有5年以上現(xiàn)場施工管理經(jīng)歷,有鋼結(jié)構(gòu)項目經(jīng)驗;
3、有一級注冊建造師(建筑工程)、PMP或國際建造師認證證書者優(yōu)先考慮;
4、身體健康,能夠勝任本崗位工作;
5、熟悉Tekla、AutoCAD等設(shè)計軟件,具備跨文化溝通能力;
