PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Work closely with shift operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the plant including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer Loading, Routine field /equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant runs safely and efficiently.
與班操作員和工程師密切合作，負責工廠的日常運行，包括工藝調整、管道輸送系統、產品質量控制、槽車裝載、日常現場/設備檢查等，確保工廠安全高效運行
2. Lead the shift operators for plant Startup /Emergency Shutdown /
emergency response, Troubleshooting etc.
與倒班操作員配合進行工廠開車、緊急停車、應急響應、故障排查等工作。
3. Assist maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance.
協助維修工程師實施預防性維護。
4. Assist the safety supervisor to manage the safety of contractor or
visitors.
協助安全主管管理承包商和訪客的安全。
5. Holding safety meetings and performing safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP, safety action training and so on) and writing safety reports.
組織安全會議,執行安全審核（包括APSAM、SIP、BSP、安全行動培訓等），并記錄安全報告。
6. Acting as a safety Permit issuer to issue the Safety permits, manage field safety/maintenance safety /construction safety etc.
作為安全許可證簽發人，簽發安全作業許可證，管理現場安全、維修安全、施工安全等
7. Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Work
closely with logistics, customers, local operation team, AOTS team, commercial team etc.
與客戶保持良好溝通，密切合作。與物流、客戶、本地運營團隊、AOTS團隊、商務團隊等緊密協作。
8. Lead the new operator training /update the plant operating procedures etc.
負責新操作員的培訓、定期更新工廠操作規程等。
9. Keep &Audit control room and other working
area clean and easier accessibility.
保持并審核控制室及其他工作區域的清潔和易于通行
10. This position holder shall be able to complete the plant start-up or shut down
independently.
該崗位人員應具備完成工廠開車或停車的能力。
11. Have certain maintaining ability, timely complete some of the preventive maintenance task, MI work, troubleshooting and relevant equipment inspection independently, and then cooperating with engineers to finish major maintenance or TAR
具備一定的維修能力，能及時獨立完成部分預防性維護任務、MI工作、故障排查及相關設備檢查，并與工程師合作完成重大維修或大修（TAR）
12. Improve English level gradually; can read the safety manual and operation manual.
逐步提高英語水平，能夠閱讀安全手冊和操作手冊。
13. Complete the required process and safety training courses, pass the assessment test, Obtain internal / external qualification certificates.
完成所需的工藝和安全培訓課程，通過考核測試，獲得內部/外部資格證書
14. Completely understand the site emergency response procedures, must have the ability to implement emergency response plan; take the temporary on-site emergency command coordinator role in an emergency.
完全了解現場應急響應程序，具備實施應急響應計劃的能力；在緊急情況下擔任臨時現場應急指揮協調員角色。
15. Follow the job arrangement of the company, complete the other tasks assigned by the
Plant Manager.
遵循公司工作安排，完成廠長分配的其他任務。
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Degree in Chemical engineering and other
related majors.
· At least 5 years working experience with a
manufacturing company.
· ASU experience /good safety knowledge
/English ability would be preferable.
· Proactive, honest, teamwork and hard working
· Be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
