Responsibilities:
1) Work with market leaders in industries such as TMT, retail, consumer products, property development and management, education, health sciences, oil and gas, etc.
2) Work as part of the engagement teams to support clients to compile ESG reports and provide management improvement advice responding to capital market ESG-related performance.
3) Assist clients to formulate ESG / decarbonization strategy and set up ESG/carbon target, as well as action plan to archive the target.
4) Provide services on ESG risks management for clients who have significant ESG risk in their business and operations activities, including supply chain management, Environmental, health and safety (EHS) management.
5) Assist clients to analyze climate-related risks and opportunities and assess the financial impacts of climate risks and opportunities.
6) Guide the teams in the developing tailored scope of services to clients based on understanding to clients’ operations.
7) Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers.
8) Gain acceptance on a wide variety of issues impacting the client
9) Bring potential opportunities to the teams' attention.
10) Seek, develop and present ideas to apply EY's services.
Requirements:
1) University graduate with other Consulting organizations as an ESG /Sustainability/CSR professional; or with Carbon, Climate Riks, EHS, Renewable Energy, etc. related working experiences.
2) Familiar with ESG/Sustainability related disclosure framework requirements, international standard and capital market rating methodologies.
3) Familiar with strategy and management consulting methodologies.
4) Familiar with businesses and operational workflows
5) Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written form
6) Able to interact effectively with both management and clients
7) Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
8) Has no record of administrative penalties from regulators
