SHE&Security&Quality職責：
以對安全健康環保、安保和質量負責的方式進行工作, 這包括以下工作:
* 負責安全生產工作有序開展，杜絕各類安全事件 / 事故發生。確保所有作業活動、事件 / 事故報告、變更管理等工作均符合帝斯曼 - 芬美意（DSM-Firmenich）的相關要求及國家現行標準。
Be responsible for the safe production in good order without any incidents/accidents. Ensure all operations, incident/accident report, management of change, etc. to DSM-Firmenich requirements as well as to the state standards.
* 牽頭組織責任區域內的定期安全、健康與環境（SHE）檢查，制定并跟進落實各項整改措施。
Leading regular SHE inspection in responsible area, define and follow up improvement actions.
* 及時上報各類安全事件 / 事故 / 未遂事件，并督促污水處理廠（WWTP）工作人員履行及時上報義務。
Timely report and motivate WWTP staff to timely report any accident/incident/near miss.
* 負責作業安全分析（JSA）的組織實施及作業許可制度的落地執行，保障公司員工及承包商的作業安全。
Be responsible for JSA and implementation of work permit system to ensure the work safety of our employees and contractors.
* 按照工藝安全生命周期管理中定義的角色來履行相應職。
Perform the roles and responsibility according to the definition from PSLC management role map.
* 遵守公司及廠區的安保規定，若發現任何違規偏差須及時上報。Follow company and site security requirements. Report if any deviations.
* 持續推動責任區域內的安保管理的提升。
Tinuous drive for security improvement in responsible area.
* 定期對本區域的安全健康環保、安保和質量相關措施落實情況，進行檢查回顧。
To regularly inspect and review the implementation of SHE, security and quality related measures in own area.
Key Areas of .Accountability / Responsibility主要職責/責任:
* 按照場地政策、目標和年度計劃，制定WWTP的工作計劃，對全車間年度方針、目標及其他計劃完成情況負責。
Make WWTP work plan according to site policy, target and annual plan, and be responsible for the completion of annual strategy, target and other plan of the whole workshop.
* 根據公司各項要求，組織制訂車間的各項管理制度、檔案管理制度、實施細則和部門工作程序，并組織實施。
According to the requirements of the company, organize and develop the workshop management system, file management system, implementation rules and department work procedures and conduct the implementation.
* 負責按照OPN流程管理運行廢水處理，使廢水設備以最經濟，有效的方式運行。
Be responsible for the management and operation of wastewater treatment in accordance with the OPN process, to ensure wastewater equipment can be operated in the most economical and efficient way.
* 負責按照場地IP流程提交本車間相關 IP提交，承擔部門經理分配的小項目，并按照項目流程推進項目實施。
Be responsible for the relevant IP submission of the workshop according to the site IP process, undertake the small projects assigned by the department manager, and promote the project implementation according to the project process.
* 制定WWTP預算、分析WWTP 運營成本、推進持續改善流程在車間的實施。
Make WWTP budget, analyze WWTP running cost, and promote the implementation of continuous improvement at the WWTP workshop.
* 負責落實車間及班組的部門關鍵績效指標（KPI），監督污水處理廠的運行狀況，確保其以最經濟且合規的方式穩定運行。
Be responsible for the implementation of departmental KPI in the workshop and team, monitoring of WWTP operation to make sure the WWTP running at most economical and compliant way.
* 確保所有設備及設施處于安全運行狀態，并得到妥善維護。協調維修部門開展設備的糾正性與預防性維護工作，保障工廠設備的高可用率。
Ensure all equipment and facilities are in a safe operating condition, and are well maintained. Coordinate with Maintenance department on equipment corrective and preventive maintenance to good availability of plant .
* 完善人員培養與培訓計劃，按計劃對下屬員工開展培訓與指導，確保全體員工具備崗位勝任力，以安全、高效的標準開展工作。
Improve people development and training plan; train and coach staff under a good plan to ensure all staff be competent for their job with good safety and efficiency.
* 負責制定員工的培訓和發展計劃，組織安排對員工的培訓落實。
Be responsible for making team’s training and development plans, organizing and arranging the implementation of employees training.
* 負責指導下屬制定階段工作計劃，組織實施，完成情況，結果評定。Be responsible for guiding subordinates to make the work plan, organize the implementation, ensure the completion, and evaluate the result.
* 完成車間員工月度考勤、月獎考核以及年度績效評估。
To complete the workshop employees monthly attendance, monthly performance assessment and annual performance evaluation.
* 確保責任區域內5S 管理及可視化管理工作落地執行。
Make sure a good 5S and visual management implementation within responsible area.
* 及時完成公司及部門經理交辦的其他任務。
To complete other tasks assigned by company and department manager in a timely manner.
崗位要求：
* 主修環境工程，環境工程管理相關專業，化學/工程學本科。
University degree major in environment engineering, environment management or related subjects, or chemistry/engineering degrees。
* 良好的信息搜索收集技能。
Good information search and gathering skills.
* 熟悉Word, Excel, PPT，AutoCAD。
Be familiar with Word, Excel, PPT, AutoCAD.
* 良好的英語口語和寫作能力。
Good oral and written skills.
* 五年以上作為WWTP的經驗，有項目經驗。
More than 5 years WWTP working experience with project experience.
