Role Description:
The Commercial
Operation Specialist takes charge of managing the contract related documents, preparing quotation and placing order, coordinating logistics and payment collection, as
well as any other customer service tasks. The purpose of this position is to facilitate the smooth deal closing and project fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of contract management, including but not limited to coordination of contract review, initiation of approval and signing process, document archiving, etc.
2. Prepare quotation based on finalized proposal and place order into the Order System.
3. Coordinate with China Logistics Team on the importation and exportation of customers’ sample and final product.
4. Coordinate with Project Management and Finance Team on the payment collection.
5. Take charge of the reception of customer onsite visit or audit.
6. Proactively guide clients and respond to their inquiries.
7. Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Education/Experience:
1. BA or MS degree in life sciences discipline, relevant experience in R&D is preferred.
2. Excellent language skill in both English and Chinese.
3. Excellent communication skill and team player.
4. Ability of work in a fast paced and challenging environment with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
