Customer Relationship Maintenance: Follow up with existing clients regularly, resolve issues in freight process (e.g., customs declaration, clearance, delay), and improve customer satisfaction; 維護客戶關系:定期跟進老客戶,解決貨運過程中的問題(如報關、清關、運輸延誤等),提升客戶滿意度; 3. Business Coordination:Collaborate with operation team to ensure smooth order flow from inquiry,quotation to delivery; track shipment status and feedback to clients timely; 業務對接:與操作團隊協作,確保訂單從詢價、報價到交付的全流程順暢,跟進貨物運輸狀態并及時反饋客戶; 4. Market Analysis: Collect industry trends and competitor information, adjust sales strategies, and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets; 市場分析:收集行業動態及競爭對手信息,調整銷售策略,完成月度/季度業績目標; 5. Contract & Payment: Handle client contract signing, follow up accounts receivable, and ensure timely fund recovery. 合同與回款:負責客戶合同簽訂,跟進應收賬款,確保資金及時回籠。 任職要求: 1. College degree or above, major in Logistics, International Trade preferred; 大專及以上學歷,物流、國際貿易等相關專業優先; 2. 1-3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding industry, with stable customer resources preferred; 1-3年貨代行業銷售經驗,有穩定客戶資源者優先; 3. Familiar with sea/air operation procedures, customs policies and international logistics terms; 熟悉海運/空運操作流程、報關清關政策及國際物流術語; 4. Good English reading/writing skills, able to communicate with overseas clients independently; 具備良好的英語讀寫能力,能獨立與國外客戶溝通; 5. Strong pressure resistance, excellent negotiation skills and customer service awareness. 抗壓能力強,具備優秀的談判技巧和客戶服務意識。
