Detailed Responsibilities 具體工作職責
Contact with local shipper and follow up routing order from overseas office efficiently.
聯系國內發貨人，有效地跟進海外的訂單。
Send booking to agent/airline in time, arrange customs clearance and check the bill from agent
及時向代理/航空公司訂艙，安排報關事宜，并和代理對帳。
Issue invoice to local clients in time as per SOP.
根據SOP及時開具國內客戶發票。
Make AMETA according to the requirement of different trade lane, and issue invoice to overseas offices
根據各航線要求做AMETA，及時開具海外***。
Complete operation’s milestones as per SOP.
根據SOP完成操作的milestones。
Assist finance colleague to push the long outstanding.
協助財務部同事催收長期欠款。
To carry out the tasks distributed by the Team leader and Supervisor and other tasks assigned by manager.
完成操作組長和操作主管分配的任務，以及經理分配的任務。
Job Requirements 任職資格
College graduate, 2-3 years work experiences in industry with air export/import, the background for global forwarder will be preferable, well understanding of airfreight operation process.
大專以上學歷，2-3年空運進出口工作經驗,有全球貨代工作經驗者優先,熟悉空運操作流程。
