Job Description
Responsible for on-site daily operations such as accounting, receiving, loading/unloading, system maintenance etc.
負責現場日常運營工作，如會計、收貨、裝卸、系統維護等。
Job Responsibilities
? Process and complete the operation system as per required, maintain the documents such as pick slip, delivery and POD etc based on internal SOP requests.
按照要求處理并完成操作系統，根據內部標準操作程序的要求維護諸如揀貨單、交貨單和簽收單等文件。
? Handle daily transport transactions, coordinate with transportation company timely, tracking and tracing the in-transit orders.
處理日常運輸事務，及時與運輸公司協調，跟蹤在途訂單。
? Handle cargo packing, loading/unloading at site.
負責貨物的包裝以及現場的裝卸工作。
? Regularly stock check as required, report and handle backlog of materials timely.
定期進行庫存檢查，及時上報并處理積壓的物料問題。
? Strictly follow company policy and department operation guidelines, with cross-department coordination capabilities.
嚴格遵守公司政策和部門操作規范，并具備跨部門協作能力。
Basic Qualifications
? Bachelor Degree, majoring in logistics is good.
本科學歷，物流學專業等。
? Minimum 1-3 years’ working experience, particularly in warehouse will be prefer.
1 - 3 年的工作經驗，有倉庫相關工作經驗者將優先考慮。
Knowledge
? Basic English reading and writing skills, understand and use English version operating files and internal operating systems.
具備基礎的英語閱讀和寫作能力，能夠理解并使用英文版本的操作文件以及內部操作系統。
? The candidate who with forklift certificates is prefer.
有叉車操作證的候選人將優先考慮。
? Familiar with computer, excel, word and internal system handling requirement.
熟悉計算機、Excel、Word以及內部系統操作流程。
? Good learning and communication skills and teamwork attitude.
良好的學習與溝通能力以及團隊合作精神。
