崗位職責:
1.了解客戶需求,對客戶提供貨運方面的咨詢,收集潛在客戶資料;
2.整合公司各種優勢資源,推廣公司業務(國際貨運業務,進出口報關業務,倉庫業務,國內運輸業務,木箱包裝業務,保稅類業務,監管證件代辦業務),開發新客戶;
3.及時處理客戶異常,做好客戶關系維護,跟蹤應收款回款情況;
4.執行公司的銷售策略并完成各項銷售指標。
崗位要求:
1. 大專及以上學歷,國際貿易或物流類等相關專業優先考慮;
2. 2年或以上企業或貨代公司工作經驗者優先考慮;
3. 熱愛銷售,具有良好的服務意識和團隊意識,做事認真負責。
Job responsibilities:
1.Understand customer needs, provide freight advice to customers, collect information about potential customers;
2.Integrate various advantageous resources of the company, promote the company's business (international freight business, import and export customs declaration business, warehouse business, domestic transportation business, wooden box packaging business, bonded business, regulatory certificate agency business), and develop new customers;
3.Deal with customer exception in time, maintain customer relationship and track receivables.
4. Able to execute company's sales strategy and achieved sales targets.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in international trade or logistics is preferred;
2. 2 years and above working experience in an enterprise or freight forwarding company is preferred;
3. Passionate about sales, a good team player, self-motivated and responsible.
