Job Responsibilities / 崗位職責:
Project Launching: Undertake key account project launching within the responsible region.
項目啟動: 負責轄區內大客戶項目的啟動與落地工作。
Standard Implementation: Work closely with relevant branch teams to implement the national service standard.
標準執行: 與分公司相關團隊密切合作,確保全國服務標準的貫徹執行。
Daily Support: Provide day-to-day support to individual key account clients in the assigned geographic territory, industry, or accounts.
日常支持: 為指定區域、行業或特定大客戶提供日常業務支持。
Client Relationship & Compliance: Maintain client relationships; follow up with branch offices to ensure service standards, reporting, and training meet contractual commitments.
客戶維系與合規: 維護客戶關系;跟進分公司工作,確保服務質量、報告反饋及培訓工作符合合同承諾。
Sales & Pipeline Management: Undertake sales activities for individual key account clients and build a robust sales pipeline in the responsible region.
銷售與渠道開拓: 承擔轄區內大客戶銷售活動,并建立良好的銷售渠道與項目儲備。
Job Requirements / 任職要求
Education / 學歷要求
Degree: college degree or above.
大專及以上學歷。
Major: Majors in Food Science, Plant Protection, or related fields are a big plus.
食品科學、植物保護等相關專業優先。
Experience / 工作經驗
B2B Experience: At least 2 years of sales or account management experience in a B2B platform. Experience with large chains, retailing, food processing plants, or hotels is highly preferred.
B2B商業模式下,2年以上客戶管理或銷售經驗;有對接大型連鎖、零售、食品加工廠或酒店經驗者尤佳。
Service Industry: Working experience in after-sales, complaint handling, or the service industry is a big plus.
具備售后投訴處理工作經驗或服務行業工作經驗者優先。
Industry Specific: Working experience in the Pest Control industry or collaborating with it is a big plus.
有蟲害防制行業從業經驗或與之合作經驗者優先。
Skills / 技能要求
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office software.
熟練操作MS Office辦公軟件。
Professional Skills: Strong communication and sales skills.
具備良好的銷售和溝通技巧。
Language Skills: Good command of English, both in writing and oral communication.
良好的英語書寫和口語能力。
