Job Responsibilities崗位職責:
1. Proactively seek out and develop new overseas clients such as food processing plants, brand owners, and traders through social media and channels like Google, while establishing and maintaining a customer relationship network.
1、通過社交媒體和GOOGLE等渠道主動尋找和開發海外食品加工廠、品牌商、貿易商等新客戶,建立并維護客戶關系網絡;
2. Responsible for the entire sales process from inquiry, quotation, negotiation, contract signing to order execution, ensuring smooth delivery of orders;
2、負責從詢盤、報價、談判、合同簽訂到訂單執行的全程銷售工作,確保訂單順利交付;
3. Regularly maintain and service existing company clients, understand their needs, provide professional product solutions, handle customer complaints and feedback, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3、定期維護及服務公司現有客戶,了解客戶需求,提供專業的產品解決方案,處理客戶投訴與反饋,提高客戶滿意度和忠誠度;
4. Maintain relationships with various departments, third-party partners, and clients to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the supply chain;
4、與各部門及第三方合作伙伴、客戶維護關系,確保供應鏈高效順暢;
5. Collaborate with departments to participate in domestic and international industry exhibitions, promote the company's products, and enhance the brand's international reputation;
5、協同部門加國內外相關行業展會,推介公司產品,提升品牌國際知名度;
6. Complete or exceed the personal sales performance indicators and market expansion targets set by the company.
6、完成或超越公司制定的個人銷售業績指標及市場拓展目標。
Job Requirements任職要求:
1. Have experience in foreign trade sales of food raw materials (such as bulk agricultural products, food additives, flavors and fragrances, health ingredients, etc.), and those with stable overseas customer resources are preferred;
1、具備食品原材料(如:大宗農產品、食品添加劑、香精香料、健康原料等)外貿銷售經驗,有穩定的海外客戶資源者優先;
2. Proficient in foreign trade processes, familiar with international trade terms, letters of credit (L/C), document preparation, and customs clearance procedures; preference given to those with successful experience in handling industrial raw material supply orders.
2、精通外貿流程,熟悉國際貿易術語、信用證(L/C)、單證制作及報關流程,成功操作過工業原料供貨訂單者優先;
3、Possess business English communication skills, able to conduct fluent written and oral communication using English as the working language;
3、具備商務英語溝通能力,能作為工作語言進行流暢的書面和口語交流;
4、Possess good sales and negotiation skills, stress resistance ability and problem-solving ability; be proactive, conscientious, responsible and accountable.
4、具有較好的銷售與談判能力、抗壓能力及解決問題能力;積極主動,認真負責有擔當。
