Responsibilities 工作職責
1.. Quotation SOW新項目報價
Deliverables include: Design evaluation & assessment, Build plan concept, Tool & equipment concept, Material usage estimation, Labor hours estimation, Risk & opportunity identification. 交付項包括：設計評估和定義、工藝方案制定、工裝及設備方案、材料用量評估、工時評估、風險及機會識別。
2.SOW Implementation & Execution工作包引入和執行
Deliverables include: Mfg. planning, PPM build, Risk/Issue/Opportunity management, Qualification plan & execute, Performance to Plan execution (Quality, Material usage, Labor). 交付項包括：工藝制定、試制件計劃、風險/機會/問題的管理、驗收計劃和執行、（質量、材料用量、工時）目標的達成。
3. Process Improvement工藝改進
Deliverables include: Idea generation, Business case development, Idea implementation and execution. 交付項包括：改進方法的生成、經濟性評估、改進方法的執行
4. Change Management構型更改控制
Lead Change Board to control all engineering and process changes, perform risk and opportunity identification and communication, take charge of change implementation.
領導更改委員會控制所有工程更改和工藝更改。進行風險和機會識別及交流。負責管理更改導入。
5. Communication / Customer & Leadership Interface 溝通/ 客戶和管理層界面
Provide communication of project planning, status, next step, as well as detailed technical proposal as required to be with both customer and leadership interface. 針對客戶界面和管理層界面，提供包括項目計劃、狀態、進展，以及按需提供詳細技術方案方面的溝通。
6 .Cross-Department Collaboration跨部門協作
Collaborate with other department to track on-site production issues and propose solutions.
與其他部門協作，跟蹤生產現場問題并提出解決方案。
7.Coaching / Mentoring 指導和培訓
Coach production operators and provide training to other employee within the company. 指導生產操作工，并為公司其他員工提供培訓。
8.Capability Development and Knowledge Sharing能力提升與知識共享
Organize technical training (e.g., advanced CATIA operations, PFMEA applications) to elevate team technical capabilities.
組織技術培訓（如CATIA進階操作、PFMEA應用,提升團隊技術能力總結項目經驗，形成標準化操作手冊（如工裝選型指南,優化團隊知識庫）
9.Others 其他
Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
完成領導安排的其他工作任務
Basic Requirements 任職要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above.
大學本科及以上學歷
2. 5 years work experience in medium assembly projects . 有5年相關中型裝配項目經驗
3. Fully speak English as working language (fluent in written and spoken). 可以完全以英文作為工作語言（讀寫口頭交流流利）
4. Understand Customer drawing system and Specification requirements. 理解客戶圖紙系統及規范要求。
6. Skilled with CATIA/ENOVIA, GD&T and CAD. 熟練使用CATIA/ENOVIA, GD&T and CAD或其他建模軟件，以及微軟Office辦公軟件。
