項目管理電氣機械/電力設備儀器儀表制造工業自動化
崗位職責：
1、項目初期方案階段與客戶對接，主導項目方案溝通，制作項目報價；
1. Communicate with customers at the initial project plan stage, lead project plan communication, and make project quotation;
2、準備技術協議，協調溝通項目技術協議簽核；
2. Prepare technical agreement, coordinate and communicate project technical agreement signing and approval；
3、召開項目啟動會議以及項目成員確定；
3. Hold project initiation meeting and identify project members;
4、項目成本控制，材料、人力以及其他成本的控制；
4. Project cost control including material, labor and other cost control;
5、項目計劃、進度、時間節點的控制；
5. Control of project plan, schedule and time node;
6、協調處理項目過程中出現的問題；
6. Coordinate and deal with problems arising during the project;
7、完成項目中額外費用的增減與客戶的確認；
7. Complete additional cost increase or decrease in the project and confirm with the customer;
8、組織設備工廠內FAT工作；
8. Organize FAT work in equipment factory;
9、發出指令走設備發貨流程；
9. Issue instructions to follow the equipment delivery process;
10、客戶現場設備安裝、調試、驗收、培訓工作；
10. Equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance, training work at customer site;
11、項目文檔歸檔、項目人員考核等文檔性工作；
11. Project document archiving, project personnel assessment and other documentation work.
任職要求：
1、機械或相關專業類本科學歷
1. Mechanical or related major;
2、5年以上項目管理工作經驗，自動化行業優先
2. At least 5 years project management experience, automation industry preferred;
3、熟練使用各種辦公軟件
3. Skilled use of various office software;
4、具有較強的溝通能力和團隊合作精神
4. Strong communication skills and team work spirit;
5、較好的英語溝通能力，英語4級為必要條件
5. Good English communication skills, CET-4 is required.
