    DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES義務和職責:
    Sales Activities and Customer Focus銷售活動和客戶關系維護
    - Accountable for revenue generation within existing assignments, and long-term
    account goals.負責現有客戶的業務開發,協助公司利潤率及長期客戶目標的實現;
    - Key point of contact for customer’s
    procurement and engineering teams based on trust and respect, with a focus on
    developing long-term strategic relationships with key customer contacts for
    long term mutual benefits. 與客戶采購及工程團隊溝通并建立信任及合作;維護長期戰略關系并以實現共贏;
    - Responsible for specific customers, including
    responding to RFQs, preparing pricing proposals, project roll out, and
    management of ongoing pricing and coordinating of technical issues or concerns
    during production.負責客戶的新產品詢價、準備報價資料并協助新項目推進;負責現有產品的定價管理并協調客戶生產過程中的技術問題;
    - Consistently focuses on the achievement of
    customer satisfaction.始終如一的專注于實現客戶滿意度;
    Customer Development & Product Knowledge客戶開發與產品知識
    - Maintains strong knowledge of new and existing
    EQI products and QEM machining capabilities as well as new products in the
    market, industry trends and new developments along with understanding current
    competitive conditions within the marketplace. 通過不斷了解市場產品及行業趨勢,協助建立EQI產品及QEM加工能力的市場競爭力。
    - Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates
    customers’ changing needs on an ongoing basis.積極評估、溝通和驗證客戶的變更需求;
    - Is able to sell based on customer needs and
    wants; demonstrates a continued personal concern for the customer outlining the
    value EQI and QEM provides to the customer.了解客戶需求和意愿,進行針對性地銷售,并持續建立EQI及QEM在客戶端的價值。
    Achieving Targets達成的目標
    - Responsibility for meeting and exceeding
    budgeted revenue and new business acquisition targets as outlined by
    management. 負責達到并超過管理層提出的營收目標及新業務開發目標;
    - Maintain profitability of assigned accounts at
    directed contribution. If needed, leads internal initiatives or commercial
    discussion to drive sales and improve margin. 保持公司指定客戶的盈利能力。領導必要的內部商業計劃和討論,以推動銷售和利潤率目標的實現;
    - Provide reports to management concerning
    market information, trends and short to long-term sales fluctuations. 向管理層提供有關市場信息、行業趨勢和短期至長期的銷售預測報告;
    - Prepare a variety of status reports, including
    activity, closings, follow-up, KPI's and adherence to goals/targets. 準備相關的報告,包括客戶活動、結算、進展、KPI 和對目標/指標的實現情況。
    Administration管理
    - Assists
    Finance (and leads initiatives when needed) to resolve Accounts Receivables
    issues to meet corporate A/R KPIs. 協助財務(并在需要時領導項目)解決應收賬款問題,以滿足公司應收賬款關鍵績效指標;
    - Negotiates rates and long-term contracts with

    - Ensures contractual commitments (e.g. rebates,
    discounts, tariff sharing, etc.) are properly communicated across the organization.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS任職要求
    - Education Level:A technical
    degree / diploma from a university or college, or equivalent work experience in

    - Computer Skills:Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project. Proficiency in

    -Professional Experience職業經歷:
    a. > 10 years of experience in the technical field
    involved in machining industry, machined products, project management, and
    program launch implementation. 機械加工行業、機加工產品、項目管理和項目啟動實施等技術領域擁有10年以上經驗;
    b. Knowledge and experience in the off-road
    vehicle industry including agricultural, construction, material handling,
    aerial work platform market segments. 具有在非道路車輛行業的知識和經驗,包括農業、建筑、物料搬運、高空作業平臺細分市場;
    c. Experience and knowledge of machining (HMC,
    VMC, CNC lathe) and related manufacturing processes as well as casting, forging
    and assembly processes. 具有加工(HMC、VMC、CNC 車床)和相關制造工藝以及鑄造、鍛造和裝配相關經驗和知識;
    e. Strong understanding of blueprint reading and
    interpretation (GD&T). 能夠閱讀圖紙及幾何尺寸及公差(GD&T);

    g. Critical thinking and effective
    problem-solving abilities. 批判性思維和有效的解決問題的能力;
    h. Excellent written and verbal communications

    - Travel: Ability to travel locally as well as
    internationally to customer locations for meetings and/or project updates. 出差:能夠適應國內和國際出差,參加會議或項目。
