Key Responsibilities
主要職責
成功的候選人將負責日常執行物料管理和物流運營，包括：
1. Inventory Management & Receiving 1. 庫存管理與接收

• Receiving & Inspection: Coordinate the unloading of incoming raw materials and finished components (e.g., steel, lumber, electrical items, doors).
  
• 接收與檢驗： 協調卸載進廠的原材料和成品部件（例如，鋼材、木材、電氣用品、門）。
• Visually inspect received goods against purchase orders for quantity accuracy and ensure quality, checking for transit damage or material defects.
• 對照采購訂單目視檢查收到的貨物，確保數量準確和質量合格，檢查運輸損壞或材料缺陷。
  
• Inventory Control: Accurately tag, track, and store all materials using the company's digital record-keeping systems and established warehouse organization methods.

• Material Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse layout, ensuring materials are clearly identified and stored according to safety and accessibility standards.

2. Internal Logistics & Material Movement 2. 內部物流與物料移動

• Forklift Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and retrieve materials throughout the warehouse and factory floor.

• Must adhere strictly to all operational safety protocols.

• Production Line Delivery: Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of necessary components and materials to the various production stations (e.g., steel fabrication, electrical wiring, boarding) based on the production schedule and work orders.

• Finished Goods Handling: Assist in the staging and loading of completed modular units and components for shipment, ensuring proper bracing and securement.

3. Quality Assurance & Standards Adherence 3. 質量保證與標準遵守

• Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all factory safety procedures, particularly those related to heavy equipment operation, material stacking, and pedestrian safety in high-traffic areas.

• Material QC Support: Flag and quarantine any materials found to be damaged, defective, or non-compliant upon receipt, and assist the quality control team with documentation and tracking of rejected inventory.

Qualifications
資格要求

• Nationality/Residency: Chinese.
  
• 國籍/居住地： 中國籍。
  
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics, preferably within a construction or manufacturing environment.
  
• 經驗： 至少 3 年倉庫運營、庫存控制或物流方面的實踐經驗，最好是在建筑或制造環境中。
  
• Technical Expertise:
  
  • Certified Forklift Operator with proven experience operating various types of heavy lifting and moving equipment (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck).
  • 持有叉車操作員證書，并具有操作各類重型起重和移動設備（例如，平衡重式叉車、前移式叉車）的已證實經驗。
  • Comprehensive understanding of safe stacking principles, load limits, and secure material handling practices.

  • Experience with inventory management software or digital tracking systems is a strong asset.

Compensation and Logistics
薪酬與后勤

• Contract Duration: 1 year.
