崗位職責Responsibilities：
1. 積極跟蹤教育的發展趨勢與動態，搜集、閱讀、整理國際教育及心理學前沿研究、教學方法、案例分析等相關文獻。
Having a passion for tracing on education development trends ;Familiarizing and collecting information at all aspects for international education and psychology articles, curriculum, innovation, curriculum design, and case studies research to ensures the development and maintenance of the highest quality products.
2. 開展教育市場調研，整合調研信息進行理論實踐一體化課程的設計；
Research on the development of education market,developing curricular materials to create unique curriculum of early childhood education principle and practice combination.
3. 開發與研究論證課程內容，能獨立進行課程項目的具體設計工作，包括：資料素材搜集、課程大綱規劃、內容分析、教案編寫,具備一定的英文水平.
The curriculum developer will design high quality and attractive early childhood education course materials, research and develop curriculum project independently or jointly with team ,including childhood material Collection ,curriculum structure planning ,write high quality, standards-aligned curriculum content and improve the quality of content.
4. 根據公司業務發展和需求進行其他工作 Address the business requirements and needs of work to improve work and achieve progress.
職位需求Required Qualifications:
1. 有過相關學術研究或編輯背景，有發表經驗優先
Prefer the candidates with research experience in Education field, or have issued research paper on CSSCI or SSCI.
2.教育心理學相關領域的專業背景者優先（如教育學、心理學、語言學、中文、教師教育、認知科學等專業）Strong background and professional experience working in education and psychology fields.(Prefer the candidates majored in Education, Psychology or Language/linguistics or Teachers Education or Neuroscience etc.)
