PURPOSE
Provide professional financial/business analysis and accounting support to corporate.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate the preparation of quarterly/annual consolidated financial statements for listed companies to ensure compliance with SEC/HKEX compliance requirements;
· Build industry-specific financial models (such as oil and gas asset impairment testing, carbon trading cost forecasting);
· Coordinate with audit firms and investors, respond to financial inquiries and ESG disclosure needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification background
· More than 5 years of experience in auditing or financial consulting at the Big Four accounting firms;
· More than 3 years of financial management experience in medium or large overseas listed companies (US/Hong Kong stocks, etc.), familiar with IFRS and SEC disclosure rules;
· Priority given to project experience in the oil and gas industry, familiar with
financial models for upstream businesses.
Professional skills
· Led the entire process of cross-border enterprise consolidation reporting,
including foreign currency translation, related party transaction offsetting,
minority shareholder equity processing, etc;
· Proficient in building financial models (such as DCF, reserve assessment models, tax planning models), able to independently complete sensitivity analysis;
· Experience in implementing and optimizing ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), proficient in data governance and automated report development.

Priority conditions
· Holding CPA/ACCA qualifications;
· Having experience in financial due diligence for cross-border mergers and acquisitions;
