Job Responsibility 崗位職責:
? Daily line support, provide immediate technical support to resolve mechanical and electrical issue on the instrument assembly production line, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining production efficiency

? Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems in real-time, implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence

? Implementing sustaining actions, work collaboratively with the Development and Quality teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

? Participate in cross-functional meetings to drive continuous improvement initiatives and sustain production line efficiency

? Develop and maintain documentation, including work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and technical reports

? Partner with the Development team to support the introduction of new products (NPI) by providing input on manufacturability and design for mechanical structures

? Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure all mechanical and electrical components and systems meet regulatory and safety standards。

Qualification任職資格:
Functional Knowledge 職能知識：
? Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

? Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

? Experience in the production and manufacturing of centrifuges or similar products. Familiarity with brazing technology.

? Extensive experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in centrifuges and ultracentrifuges production environments.

? Strong knowledge of the principles, mechanical structures, and electrical control systems of centrifuges and ultracentrifuges

? Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for medical devices

Education & Experience學歷與經驗:
? Bachelor’s degree in field with 3+ years exp. OR
