崗位職責 / Responsibilities
? 使用
Java 技術棧開發和維護后端服務，支持數字化應用（如配色系統、訂單管理）
Develop and maintain
backend services using Java stack, supporting digital applications (e.g., color
matching system, order management).
? 參與云平臺部署與運維，主要基于
Azure 和阿里云，確保系統穩定性和安全性
Participate in cloud
platform deployment and operations, primarily on Azure and Alibaba Cloud,
ensuring system stability and security.
? 搭建并維護
Azure DevOps CI/CD 流程，實現構建、測試和部署自動化，提升交付效率
Build and maintain
Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes,
improving delivery efficiency.
? 與涂料業務團隊和數字化團隊緊密協作，推動
DevOps 實踐落地，支持跨部門項目實施
Collaborate closely
with coating business and digital teams to implement DevOps practices and
support cross-functional projects.
任職要求 / Requirements
? 精通
Java 后端開發，熟悉 Spring
Boot 框架
Proficient in Java
backend development, familiar with Spring Boot framework.
? 熟悉數據庫（MySQL、MS SQL Server）及緩存技術（Redis）
Familiar with
databases (MySQL, MS SQL Server) and caching technologies
(Redis).
? 了解云服務（Azure、阿里云）及 CI/CD 流程，具備實際操作經驗
Knowledge of cloud
services (Azure, Alibaba Cloud) and CI/CD processes with hands-on experience.
? 熟悉容器化技術（Docker），了解 Kubernetes
Familiar with
containerization technologies (Docker), and basic understanding of Kubernetes.
? 具備良好的問題分析能力和團隊協作精神，能支持跨部門溝通
Strong
problem-solving skills and team collaboration, able to support cross-functional
communication.
