Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating rules and regulations for the production department, managing daily work and arranging production tasks, and keeping track of production progress to ensure completion according to plan;
2. Production process management, hosting workshop meetings, comprehensively coordinating workshop work, supervising and guiding the production process, and improving production capacity;
3. Analyze the production situation, propose improvement measures, and control production costs, quality, and delivery time;
4. Issue and implement production systems and plans, arrange and control the progress of production operations;
5. Continuously improve work processes, standards, equipment operation standards, process operation standards, and control their execution;
6. Conduct occupational health and safety supervision and daily inspections at the work site, promptly report any problems or occupational health and safety hazards, and be responsible for the management of safety production, environmental safety, safety accidents, and special equipment in the department;
7. Build production teams and continuously improve employee skills and professional qualities.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical, welding, or related engineering fields, with at least 5 years of experience as a workshop production supervisor or manager;
2. Familiar with machining and welding production control processes, able to proficiently analyze and handle process defects and other issues;
3. Familiar with production cost control, coordinated operation, familiar with production operation processes and process regulations, familiar with production quality control management, proficient in ISO9001 quality assurance system and 5S management;
4. Rich experience in on-site control, with certain team leadership skills, strong ability to withstand pressure and communicate and coordinate effectively;
5. Strong sense of work responsibility and rigorous attitude;
6. Good English proficiency is preferred.
