? Involve in daily operation of export process to meet customers delivery requirement, feedback timely to supervisor and manager for any new situations/problems to ensure proper adjustment can be made timely.
?Check outbound freight bills and provide transportation quotes, audit forwarders freight and performance, select proper forwarders and the lowest cost transportation for all export delivery.
?Trace outbound shipment status, solve problems occurred, update daily tracking report.
?Review shipping doc, including origin, Incoterms, price, QTY, packing type (focus on IPPC stamp of wood packing) and package no, weight, etc. according to procedure.
?Classify HS code and maintain in SAP &database.
?Apply export license.
?Make appointment with Customs officer and accompany for on-site inspection.
?Analyze transportation defects and customer complaints, dig out root cause, provide corrective and preventive actions plan.
?Assist supervisor to review and update company international transportation operation system, including drafting/revising SOP/procedure/work instructions.
?Review logistics expenses, allocate freight per request and create E-Requisition.
?Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
