任職要求：
- 學(xué)歷要求：本科或以上/ Required education: Master's or Bachelor's degree or above

- 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：在汽車(chē)行業(yè)相同或類(lèi)似職位至少3年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn), 熟悉寶馬客戶(hù)要求/ Required experience: at least 3 years in a similar position in Automotive industry and be familiar with BMW requirements

- 語(yǔ)言要求：英語(yǔ)書(shū)寫(xiě)和口語(yǔ)精通，至少熟練/ Required language skill: Proficient English , both spoken and written English

- 其他：有較好的溝通和介紹技巧，可以適應(yīng)出差/ Others:better communication and presentation skills，flexible for business trip if need

- 良好的環(huán)境意識(shí)/ Good awareness of environment



工作職責(zé)：



- 分析客戶(hù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及需求, 分析競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手行為和趨勢(shì), 并向公司客戶(hù)團(tuán)隊(duì)及管理層報(bào)告

To define customer needs and trend, analyze competitor actions and plans, report to customer team and management.

- 在全球(商務(wù)和技術(shù))客戶(hù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的支持下，推薦公司解決方案及開(kāi)展相關(guān)商務(wù)活動(dòng)

To define and propose the targets and commercial actions for customers under their responsibility, in cooperation with Global (commercial and technical) Customer Team.

- 建立良好客戶(hù)關(guān)系/ to built good relation ship with customers.

- 和項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密配合，共同跟進(jìn)、推動(dòng)、提供具體產(chǎn)品或解決方案給客戶(hù)

To draw up and submit detailed proposals to the customer, in close cooperation with the project teams

- 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,包括跟進(jìn)和協(xié)助處理到期未付貨款

Risk management, cooperate to follow and push Over Due.

- 負(fù)責(zé)本部門(mén)環(huán)境因素的識(shí)別和評(píng)價(jià)。

Responsible for the identification and estimation the environment factors of the respective department .

- 負(fù)責(zé)本部門(mén)環(huán)境目標(biāo)達(dá)標(biāo)及管理方案的執(zhí)行.

Responsible for implementing environment management and meeting the target of environment

- 負(fù)責(zé)與本部門(mén)有關(guān)的環(huán)境法律法規(guī)和其它要求的執(zhí)行與合規(guī)性評(píng)價(jià)。

Responsible for implementing related laws and regulations of environment and estimating its conformance.
