Dinova Guangzhou is the sourcing office for La Foir’Fouille, a leading French retail brand specializing in home and lifestyle products.
We are looking for a Sourcing Division Manager / 采購部門負責人 to lead one of our sourcing divisions and coordinate projects across product categories.
崗位職責 / Responsibilities
? Define yearly planning for fairs, samples, and orders
? Follow up on sourcing and supplier evaluations
? Track project timelines and escalate issues
? Organize KPI reviews and monthly performance meetings
? Coordinate with internal teams: Quality, Merchandising, Shipping, etc.
? Maintain system data and support showroom setup

任職要求 / Requirements
? 5+ years’ experience in sourcing, project or team management
? Fluent in English (spoken and written)
? Strong organizational and communication skills
? Analytical mindset and confident with performance tracking
? Team leadership experience is a plus
