能力要求:
1.本科及以上學歷;
bachelor degree or above;
2.英文讀寫流利;
Fluent in English reading and writing;
3.掌握新能源組裝工藝;
Master the assembly process of new energy;
4.掌握FPCA工藝設計規范,能獨立針對客戶的設計提出DFM;
Master FPCA process design specification, can independently propose DFM for customer design;
5.工藝材料及可靠性失效分析相關知識;
Knowledge of process materials and reliability failure analysis;
6.質量改善流程與數據分析方法(如QC七大手法,DFMEA 、PFMEA、CP、QCC、6Sigma等);
Quality improvement process and data analysis methods (such as seven QC techniques, DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, QCC, 6Sigma, etc.);
7.了解研發項目管理含 EI/ESI、NPI/TPI、及產品導入相關流程和輸入輸出件;
Understand R & D project management including EI/ESI, NPI/TPI, and product import process and input/output parts;
8.掌握 FMEA, Control Plan;
Master FMEA, Control Plan;
9.熟悉SPC,MSA等統計控制方法;
Familiar with SPC,MSA and other statistical control methods;
10.SMT相關工作經驗5年以上.
At least 5 years SMT related working experience.
