崗位職責 / Responsibilities 1. 負責中東區域市場開拓與品牌推廣,推動業務落地與增長; Lead market expansion and brand promotion in the Middle East, driving business implementation and growth. 2. 承接總部戰略,作為全球化布局在中東的中轉與樞紐,促進區域協同; Act as the strategic hub of globalization in the Middle East, aligning with HQ strategies and enabling regional synergy. 3. 建立并維護與政府、企業、渠道伙伴及重點客戶的合作關系; Build and maintain partnerships with governments, enterprises, channel partners, and key clients. 4. 深入分析中東政策、行業趨勢與競爭格局,制定本地化發展策略; Analyze policies, industry trends, and competition to develop localized strategies. 5. 組建并管理本地團隊,推動總部與中東團隊高效協作; Build and manage local teams, ensuring efficient collaboration between HQ and regional operations. 6. 確保區域業務合規運行,識別并防范潛在風險; Ensure business compliance with local laws and mitigate potential risks. 7. 制定并完成中東區域的年度業績目標; Define and achieve annual performance targets for the Middle East region. 任職要求 / Requirements 1. 本科及以上學歷,國際貿易、市場營銷、工商管理等相關專業優先; Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred. 2. 5年以上國際市場拓展經驗,3年以上中東或相關海外市場經驗; 5+ years of international business development experience, including 3+ years in the Middle East or similar markets. 3. 熟悉中東商業文化、政策與行業趨勢,具備本地資源或成功案例優先; Familiar with Middle Eastern business culture, policies, and industry trends; local resources or proven track record preferred. 4. 具備市場推廣、客戶拓展與商務談判能力,能獨立推動大型項目; Strong skills in marketing, client acquisition, and negotiation, with ability to lead major projects independently. 5. 英語流利,會阿拉伯語者優先,具備跨文化溝通與管理能力; Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus. Strong cross-cultural communication and management skills. 6. 具備戰略思維與全球化視野,能在復雜環境中高效執行; Strategic mindset with global vision, able to execute effectively in complex environments. 7. 能接受中長期駐外或頻繁出差。 Willing to relocate long-term or travel frequently overseas.
