Your Responsibility

1. Draft, review, revise and negotiate contracts and other legal documents such as financing documents, EPC contracts, SPA, POA, engagement letter, and assist in implementation thereof.
2. Work closely with various functional teams to identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, and provide legal advice to functional teams and the management.
3. Provide legal support for investments, acquisition, development and construction in/of solar projects, BESS projects or other projects and sale of projects.
4. Handle and manage disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel in arbitration or litigation.
5. Continuously monitor compliance with laws and regulations including without limitation PRC laws and stock exchange regulations and support corporate governance and regulatory filings.
6. Work with legal team members across various regions and manage external legal counsel.
7. Conduct legal research and analysis and train staff on legal and compliance matters.
8. Handle assignments designated by legal VP or legal manager from time to time.
Our Requirements

1. Bachelor or above degree in law is a must, education overseas is a plus.
2. 5 years of experiences gained from working in law firm and/or legal department of a multi-national corporation.
3. Strong written and oral communication skills in English is a must, other language such as Spanish is a plus.
4. Ability to take initiative and act independently with good judgment and strong business acumen.
5. Problem solving attitude, pragmatism, flexibility and resilience.
6. Travelling overseas and in China occasionally is to be expected.
7. Experience in Solar/Energy industry or EPC projects is a plus.
8. Ability to work in a team environment and engage in cross-functional collaboration.
