Responsibilities
? Overhaul and recertification of Xmas Tree and Wellhead related equipment
? Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance of wellheads to ensure functionality.
? Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair wellhead equipment malfunctions to prevent downtime.
? Collaborate with engineering teams to implement effective maintenance solutions for equipment.
? Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports on equipment condition.
? Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and operational protocols at all times.
? Participate in emergency response operations and assist in resolving critical incidents promptly.
? Develop and update maintenance procedures to optimize wellhead performance and reliability.
? Monitor wellhead performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
? Assist in training junior technicians on maintenance techniques and safety protocols.
? Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements in maintenance.
Requirements
? Minimum of 5 years experience in wellhead maintenance or similar roles.
? Strong mechanical and technical skills with a focus on wellhead systems.
? Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals.
? Proven track record of maintaining safety and compliance in field operations.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in equipment diagnosis.
? Ability to work in physically demanding environments and handle complex tools or machinery.
