崗位職責Job Responsibilities:
1. 制定生產設備部的短期、中期和長期的預防性維護計劃。Develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term preventive maintenance plans for the Production Equipment Department.
2. 根據各設備性能要求制定點檢、保養計劃（包括內容及時間安排），并根據相關要求制定設備校驗計劃，包含特種設備；Develop spot checks and maintenance plans (including content and schedule) based on the performance requirements of each equipment, and formulate equipment calibration plans according to relevant requirements, including special equipment;
3. 執行分配的完整交鑰匙維護/建設項目（即新生產設備的安裝、建設項目等）；
Implement the assigned complete turnkey maintenance/construction projects (i.e., installation, construction projects, etc. of new production equipment);
4. 制定各設備操作作業指導書，并對現場操作工進行培訓；Develop operation manuals for each equipment and provide training to on-site operators;
5. 對重大設備故障進行維修，如有必要，聯系供應商進行指導或維修，協助監督/管理外包承包商進行的所有工作，并從中獲得經驗。
Conduct repairs for major equipment malfunctions, and if necessary, contact suppliers for guidance or repairs. Assist in supervising/managing all work carried out by outsourced contractors, and gain experience from it.
6. 制定并不斷完善設備維修報表，通過報表整理和分析機器設備及故障類別，跟蹤設備維修進度；
Develop and continuously improve equipment maintenance reports, organize and analyze machinery and equipment as well as fault categories through these reports, and track the progress of equipment maintenance.
7. 建立并不斷完善備件管理體系，對備件進行可追溯管理，并建立合理的安全庫存；
Establish and continuously improve the spare parts management system, implement traceable management for spare parts, and establish a reasonable safety stock;
8. 對頻發或重大影響的故障類別采取有效措施；對頻繁更換，以及金額昂貴的備件更換，分析根本原因，徹底解決問題；
Take effective measures for frequently occurring or significantly impactful failure categories; analyze the root causes of frequent replacements and expensive spare parts replacements, and thoroughly address the issues.
9. 積累經驗，并據此培養對即將出現的情況進行分類的能力，以確定解決流程中斷的***且最快速的方法。
Accumulate experience and, based on this, cultivate the ability to categorize upcoming situations, in order to determine the best and fastest method to resolve process interruptions.
10. 根據具體情況，與三級內部及外部支持團隊保持聯系，如供應商、德國VEGA工程部以及德國VEGA維護部。
Based on specific situations, maintain contact with the third-level internal and external support teams, such as suppliers, the German VEGA Engineering Department, and the German VEGA Maintenance Department.
11. 制定并監督執行設備重大停機緊急預案；在專業監督下，協助進行大規模維修、改造以及新設備的安裝工作。
Develop and oversee the implementation of emergency plans for major equipment downtime; assist in large-scale maintenance, renovation, and the installation of new equipment under professional supervision.
12. 確定所需更換部件，系統中啟動部件采購流程。
Identify the components that need to be replaced and initiate the component procurement process within the system.
13. 提出設備及配套工裝夾具，模具的改進方案，不斷優化過程，提高質量和過程穩定性。
Propose improvement plans for equipment, supporting fixtures, and molds, continuously optimize the process, and enhance quality and process stability.
關鍵能力Key competencies:
Hard skill
1. 熟悉電氣，液壓系統工作原理以及日常維護；Be familiar with the working principles and daily maintenance of electrical and hydraulic systems
2. 有電機類設備的維修經驗；具有CAD軟件繪圖或修改設備和工裝設計的經驗Experience in repairing motor-related equipment; experience in drawing or modifying equipment and tooling designs using CAD software；
3. 熟悉西門子PLC編程，視覺系統原理(康耐視,基恩士) Familiar with Siemens PLC programming and vision system principles (Cognex, Keyence)；
4. 被證實的降低MTBF/MTTR/DT%的經驗Proven experience in reducing MTBF/MTTR/DT%；
Soft skill
1. 良好的溝通能力Good communication skills；
2. 高效的事物處理習慣Efficient habits in handling matters；
3. 較強的分析解決實際問題的能力Strong ability to analyze and solve practical problems；

任職資格：
1. 大專以上學歷，機電、機械或機電一體化專業；College degree or above, major in electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics
2. 至少3年工作經驗，熟悉電氣，液壓系統工作原理以及日常維護；
3. 熟練掌握以下計算機軟件程序：At least 3 years of work experience, familiar with the working principles of electrical and hydraulic systems as well as daily maintenance;

c) 基本的Microsoft Office功能Basic Microsoft Office functions
d) Adobe Acrobat
e) CAD
4. 獲得駕駛叉車的資格證書或取得相關認證Obtain a qualification certificate for driving a forklift or acquire relevant certification；
5. 英語聽說讀寫熟練。
