崗位職責Job Responsibilities:
1. 焊接工藝管理：負責編制和審核焊接工藝規(guī)程（WPS）、焊接工藝評定方案（PQR）等工藝文件、熱處理工藝。確保符合ISO，EN，ASME等標準。Welding process management: Responsible for preparing
and reviewing process documents such as Welding
Procedure Specification (WPS)、and
Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), as well as
heat treatment. Ensure compliance with ISO, EN, ASME, and other standards.
2. 編制/翻譯焊接管理程序；維護公司焊接質(zhì)量體系；Develop/translate
welding management procedures; maintain VEGA company welding quality system.
3. 技術(shù)支持：負責車間制造過程的焊接工藝培訓、指導、監(jiān)督；制定/翻譯操作作業(yè)指導書，并對現(xiàn)場操作工進行培訓. Technical
support: Responsible for welding process training, guidance,and supervision during the workshop manufacturing process;formulating/translating operation instructions, and training on-site operators.
4. 焊接質(zhì)量控制：參與焊接質(zhì)量問題的分析和處理，制定糾正和預防措施。審核焊接檢驗計劃，監(jiān)督焊接檢驗過程，確保焊接質(zhì)量符合技術(shù)要求. Welding
quality control: Participate in the analysis and handling of welding quality
issues, develop corrective and preventive measures.Review the welding
inspection plan, supervise the welding inspection process, and ensure that the
welding quality meets technical requirements.
5. 材料管理：負責焊接材料的選型、采購技術(shù)要求的編制及驗收。監(jiān)督焊接材料的存儲、發(fā)放和使用，確保材料質(zhì)量；Material management: Responsible for the selection of welding materials, the preparation of procurement technical requirements, and acceptance inspection. Supervise the storage, distribution, and use of welding materials to ensure material quality.
6. 焊工管理：組織焊工的培訓和考核，技能評定；焊工資質(zhì)管理。Welder
management: organize training and assessment for welders,conduct skill
evaluation; manage welder qualifications.
7. 項目管理：項目規(guī)范及標準的消化，編制項目焊接文件；Project
management: digesting project specifications and standards, and preparing
project welding documents;
8. 協(xié)助領導完成其他工作。Other jobs assigned by your manager.
關鍵能力Key competencies:Hard skill
1. 熟悉熟悉各種焊接標準：ISO、ASME、EN、RCC-M；Be familiar with various welding standards: ISO, ASME, EN, RCC-M
2. 熟悉焊接工藝評定過程，有豐富的焊接工藝評定經(jīng)驗；Familiar with the welding process qualification and have extensive experience in welding process qualification.
3. 有壓力容器焊接評定經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；Prior experience in pressure vessel welding qualification is preferred.

任職資格：
1. 本科及以上學歷，焊接技術(shù)與工程、機械、材料成型等專業(yè)；Bachelor's
degree or above, majoring in welding technology and engineering, machinery, material forming, or related fields;
2. 3年以上工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉ISO、ASME、EN、RCC-M等相關標準；With over 3 years of work experience, I am familiar with relevant standards such as ISO, ASME, EN, and RCC-M.
3. 能獨立開展焊接技術(shù)工作Capable of independently carrying out welding technical work.
4. 有IWE證書者優(yōu)先。IWE certificate priority.
5.英語聽說讀寫熟練。Proficient in English listening,speaking, reading, and writing.
