崗位職責Job Responsibilities：
根據銷售預測與訂單，統籌制定生產及物料計劃，合理調配生產資源，確保生產任務高效、有序完成、達成生產目標，保障客戶交付，滿足客戶需求，具體職責包括但不限于Based on sales forecasts and orders, coordinate and formulate production and material plans, allocate production resources reasonably, ensure efficient and orderly completion of production tasks, achieve production goals, guarantee customer delivery, and meet customer needs. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. 每天至少一次為所有制造單元發布和打印制造工單及所有相關文件（標簽、圖紙、裁剪清單等）At least once a day, issue and print manufacturing work orders and all related documents (labels, drawings, cutting lists, etc.) for all manufacturing units；
2. 整理MO包并經常分發到各樓層產線Organize MO packages and regularly distribute them to production lines on each floor；
3. 及時掌握生產現場的生產變更（如工時調整、設備故障、訂單優先級調整等），并相應調整生產計劃Timely grasp production changes on the production site (such as work hour adjustments, equipment failures, order priority adjustments, etc.), and adjust the production plan accordingly；
4. 及時反饋生產線的異常情況（如訂單延期、交期異常等）。對生產制造過程中的瓶頸及異常進行監測，及時作出應對措施，保證生產作業的連續性、均衡性Provide timely feedback on abnormalities in the production line (such as order delays, abnormal delivery schedules, etc.). Monitor bottlenecks and abnormalities in the manufacturing process, and take timely measures to ensure the continuity and balance of production operations；
5. 對生產計劃執行數據進行統計分析，評估生產計劃的完成率Conduct statistical analysis on the execution data of production plans and evaluate the completion rate of production plans；
6. 根據公司規定定期處理不良產品Dispose of defective products regularly according to company regulations；
7. 根據即將發生的案例，從MRP系統中移除庫存項目Based on the upcoming case, remove the inventory item from the MRP system；
8. 將特殊測試文檔掃描并錄入CRM系統Scan the special test documents and enter them into the CRM system；
9. 在必要時協助物流/倉庫助理（JDS-0005）進行周期盤點偏差的調查Assist the Logistics/Warehouse Assistant (JDS-0005) in investigating cycle counting discrepancies when necessary；
10. 根據需要協助生產團隊領導和生產經理Assist the production team leader and production manager as needed。
關鍵能力Key competencies：
Hard skill
1. 熟悉生產制造流程，有3年以上外資企業相關工作經驗，有儀器儀表制造行業經驗者優先Familiar with manufacturing processes, with over 3 years of relevant work experience in foreign-funded enterprises, and experience in the instrumentation manufacturing industry is preferred；
2. 必須具備出色的分析和問題解決能力，有ERP系統的使用經驗，以及熟練使用辦公軟件如Excel和Power BI； Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, have experience in using ERP systems, and be proficient in using office software such as Excel and Power BI；
3. 英語基本的聽說讀寫Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills；

1. 良好的溝通能力Good communication skills；
2. 適應性強，能夠快速學習新技術和流程Strong adaptability, able to quickly learn new technologies and processes;

任職資格Qualifications：
1. 大專及以上學歷，并具有3年及以上外資企業生產計劃工作經驗College degree or above, with 3 years or more of experience in production planning in foreign-funded enterprises；
2. 熟悉PMC業務流程，對物料資源計劃（MRP）——ERP系統（Topvis）模塊有基礎的認知Familiar with PMC business processes and have basic understanding of Material Resource Planning (MRP) - ERP system (Topvis) module；
3. 具備熟練使用Office軟件的能力，至少具備中級水平的Microsoft Excel操作技能；熟悉Power BI軟件操作Possess proficient skills in using Office software, with at least intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel operations; be familiar with Power BI software operations；
4. 具備英語聽說讀寫能力listen, speak, read, and write in English。
