崗位職責Job Responsibilities：
1. 規劃、指導和協調團隊及工作流程，以確保按時或提前交付。Plan, guide, and coordinate teams and workflows to ensure timely or early delivery
2. 負責生產過程（人、機、料、法、環）發生問題需要及時上報并積極解決。If any issues arise during the production process (involving people, machines, materials, methods, and environment), it is necessary to promptly report and actively resolve them.
3. 負責制定并更新標準操作程序，按照工藝文件進行作業，并監督產線員工工藝，設備，安全，公司規章制度等文件的執行情況。Responsible for formulating and updating standard operating procedures, conducting operations in accordance with process documents, and supervising the implementation of documents related to production line employees' processes, equipment, safety, and company regulations
4. 管理和實現績效與指標目標，利用生產數據評估團隊績效并推動改進，根據需要激勵、糾正并提升人員。Manage and achieve performance and indicator goals, utilize production data to evaluate team performance and drive improvements, and motivate, correct, and enhance personnel as needed.
5. 監督生產工作、團隊人員配置，通過合理調配人力和設備，確保按時滿足內部和外部客戶需求。Oversee production work and team staffing, and ensure timely satisfaction of internal and external customer needs through rational allocation of manpower and equipment.
6. 負責產線新員工的崗前培訓，資格認可，多技能矩陣的培訓和資質認可。Responsible for pre-job training, qualification recognition, multi-skill matrix training, and qualification recognition for new employees in the production line.
7. 負責按照要求進行各種生產數據的編譯、存儲、檢索生產數據；對系統中的master data進行維護。Responsible for compiling, storing, and retrieving various production data as required; maintaining the master data in the system.
8. 組織團隊成員的日常會議召開。Organize daily meetings for team members.
9. 管理員工工時卡，包括休假和病假申請。Manage employee time cards, including leave and sick leave applications.
10. 完成管理層分配的其他任務。Complete other tasks assigned by your manager.
11. 管理現場5S .Manage on-site 5S.
關鍵能力Key competencies：
Hard skill
1. 熟悉機加工，總裝工藝；有儀器儀表行業經驗優先；Familiar with machining and assembly processes; experience in the instrumentation industry is preferred;
2. 熟悉精益生產，熟悉現場5S管理標準；Be familiar with lean production and on-site 5S management standards;
3. 能推動公司改善落地；It can drive the company to improve its implementation;
4. 有使用ERP系統經驗；Have experience in using ERP systems
5. 有通用的電腦知識，熟練使用office辦公軟件，包括電子郵件、Acrobat Reader等。Possess general computer knowledge and be proficient in using office software, including email and Acrobat Reader

任職資格：
1. 大專及以上學歷，優選具備制造工程學位者；College degree or above, preferably with a degree in manufacturing engineering.
2. 必須具備良好的機械技能和基本的電氣技能知識；Must possess good mechanical skills and basic knowledge of electrical skills.
3. 3-5年帶領制造團隊的經驗，能夠計劃，組織和管理下屬；3-5 years of experience leading a manufacturing team, with the ability to plan, organize, and manage subordinates
4. 熟悉職業安全法規Be familiar with occupational safety regulations；
5. 熟悉ISO9001質量要求，熟悉制造部門一般清潔要求Be familiar with ISO9001 quality requirements and general cleaning requirements for the manufacturing department；
6. 英語簡單聽說Simple listening and speaking in English.
