How You’ll Make an Impact

• Performing the multi-body dynamic simulation for the transmission parts of high voltage switchgear; 對高壓開關傳動進行多體動力學的仿真分析；

• Performing the static and transient structural simulation/calculation for R&D project; 對高壓開關零部件進行靜態或瞬態的強度仿真分析；

• Creating or checking the simulation reports as required; 根據需求出具仿真報告；

• Participating the design review about the transmission parts design, give available suggestions according to the simulation results; 結合仿真結果，參與研發項目方案評審，給出合理化建議;

• Observe and plan tests of materials , components , bolt connections on force/stroke/ acceleration test system; improving the existing multi-body dynamic simulation approach based on the test results; 進行研發性試驗或基礎研究性試驗，通過試驗制定仿真方法或對已有仿真方法進行優化；

• Technical discussion/alignment with colleagues in other locations (Germany; India; Mexico) 就仿真中的相關問題與其他地區（德國；印度；墨西哥等）的同事進行交流溝通；

• Providing the technical support for other departments 對其他部門進行相關的技術支持；

What You Bring

• Master degree above with mechanics background is required; if the basic knowledge is outstanding, bachelor degree is acceptable ;要求具有力學知識背景的研究生及以上學歷 （如果基礎知識特別優秀，可放寬至本科生）；

• Proficiency in theoretical mechanics (kinematics, dynamics);have good knowledge of mechanics of materials and transmission design，have good general physical understanding ;熟練掌握理論力學 （運動學、動力學）的相關知識；具有良好的材料力學和傳動設計；

• Those who has the experience in using the multi-dynamic simulation software such as Simcenter 3D，ADAMS, RecurDyn , ABAQUS, etc. will be a plus;具有Simcenter 3D，ADAMS， RecurDyn , ABAQUS 等多體動力學軟件的使用經驗者優先考慮；

• Those who has the experience in measurement or development test will be a plus.具有結構測試及研發性試驗操作經驗者優先考慮；

• Have the ability to learn independently, curiosity, and innovative spirit;具備自主學能力, 好奇心和創新精神；

• Have good teamwork skills;具備良好的團隊協作能力；

• Familiar with the office software;具備基礎辦公軟件應用能力;

• Pre-intermediate English (A2+), German advantageous中級英語(A2+)，德語優先
