Troubleshooting for the cases from L-Siemens, L-Gamesa and L-Senvion wind turbines
Make the Investigation for specific failures and release the containment solution and/or corrective solution
Reply the inquiries from site technicians relates to Turbine Preventive Maintenance
Retrofits support
Support Global team on specific Projects, such as Retrofit development&validation, Prospective investigation
Design the special tooling for specific cases
Design the retrofits for specific request from site
? Diagnostics analysis
L-G turbine SMP data analysis
L-S turbine TCM issue support
Borescope inspection of Gearbox, Main Bearing and Blade Bearing
Oil&Grease sample analysis
PAUT inspection
What You Bring
? Bachelor degree in Mechanical is must. Wind power background will be preferred.
? At least 3 years of relevant working experience is must.
? Be able to make 3D and 2D drawings of mechanical constructions.
? Have a good analytical understanding of mechanical structures.
? Communicative, proactive, motivated and effective teamwork.
? Good interpersonal and cross culture communication Good English in both written and Oral
? Be willing to go onsite for troubleshooting issues around the APAC countries.
? Be familiar with Wind Turbine Gearbox structure and failure mode.
? Be able to use Endoscope.
? Be able to make the Vibration analysis and Vibration Analyst is Category L2 at least.
