崗位職責(zé)：
1.透過(guò)LinkedIn、行業(yè)社群、展會(huì)等多元化渠道，自主開(kāi)發(fā)並轉(zhuǎn)化海外高質(zhì)量企業(yè)客戶(hù)；
2.獨(dú)立接待來(lái)訪(fǎng)的國(guó)際客戶(hù)，作為專(zhuān)業(yè)的SaaS顧問(wèn)，為客戶(hù)提供定制化解決方案；
3.系統(tǒng)化跟進(jìn)客戶(hù)全生命週期，建立長(zhǎng)期信任關(guān)係，提升客戶(hù)留存與續(xù)費(fèi)率；
定期梳理客戶(hù)跟進(jìn)情況，用數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)決策，並向負(fù)責(zé)人清晰匯報(bào)工作進(jìn)展與市場(chǎng)洞察；
4.深度參與國(guó)際化團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，在實(shí)戰(zhàn)中快速掌握前沿的SaaS銷(xiāo)售方法與跨文化商務(wù)技巧。

任職資格：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，具備出色的學(xué)習(xí)與溝通能力（英語(yǔ)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、商務(wù)英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先）；
2.英語(yǔ)六級(jí)或同等以上水平，口語(yǔ)流利，能作為工作語(yǔ)言與海外客戶(hù)順暢溝通（口語(yǔ)優(yōu)異者，底薪可談）；
3.具備良好的職業(yè)形象與商務(wù)素養(yǎng)，能專(zhuān)業(yè)地代表公司與國(guó)際客戶(hù)對(duì)接；

Job Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and convert high-quality overseas enterprise clients through diverse channels (LinkedIn, industry communities, exhibitions, etc.);
Independently host visiting international clients, acting as a professional SaaS consultant to provide customized solutions;
Systematically manage the entire client lifecycle, build long-term trust, and improve client retention and renewal rates;
Regularly organize follow-up progress, leverage data-driven insights, and clearly report progress and market intelligence to supervisors;
Deeply collaborate within an international team, rapidly mastering cutting-edge SaaS sales methodologies and cross-cultural business skills in real-world scenarios.

Professional appearance and business etiquette, capable of representing the company to international clients;
Strong self-motivation and goal-orientation, enjoying the satisfaction of building business from 0 to 1;
Open-minded, collaborative, resilient, and capable of continuous growth under pressure;
Most importantly: A strong desire for high earnings, a passion for global career development, and the willingness to work diligently toward that goal.
