To ensure the error free product launches based on robust designs and stable, capable processes throughout the supply chain. Voice of customer and strive to become the expert in customer systems and customer specific requirements, which will lead to decreasing warranty costs.

As an Advanced Quality Engineer for BorgWarner PDS, you will interact with the customer, the product development team, Program Management, Manufacturing team and other relative plant teams to launch new products/programs through BorgWarner and customer required APQP activities. The AQE plans, tracks and executes all quality related activities to fulfil customer requirements.

作為先期質量工程師，在日常工作中將與產品設計開發團隊、項目團隊、工藝制造團隊以及其他相關部門一起，根據客戶的要求在博格華納開展APQP行動。先期質量工程師將主要負責和質量相關的前期階段的策劃和跟進工作，以使得達到客戶的期望。
Responsibilities: 主要職責: 1. Main tasks and responsibilities as Program Member: 作為項目成員的主要任務和職責：
? Verify VOC and determine Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) parameters to be tracked and maintained throughout the product development. 了解和確認客戶的要求，并通過系統的產品開發過程來確?？蛻舻年P鍵質量特性
? Prepare the quality plan and organize the relevant quality & problem prevention activities, also including coach of quality tools.
制定質量計劃并組織相關的質量和問題預防活動，還包括質量工具的指導。
? Utilize quality tools and take the lead on closing the loop between Lesson Learned/quality history, D/P-PMEA, DVP&R and Control Plan. 利用質量工具，率先在經驗教訓/質量歷史記錄、D/P-PMEA、DVP&R 和控制計劃之間形成閉環。
? Participate in program management stage gate reviews and engage work groups (e.g. FMEA, DFM, DFA, etc.) to ensure the appropriate quality input. 參與項目管理階段的關口審查并參與工作組（例如FMEA，DFM，DFA等），以確保適當的質量輸入。
? Support to evaluate design concept and participate in design review to meet quality objectives. Also co-sign design review document. 支持設計概念評估并參與設計評審，以達到質量目標。還要共同簽署設計審查文件。
? Using statistical techniques to create test plans for reliability testing. 使用統計技術創建可靠性測試的測試計劃。
? Drive and support DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) activities in programs to improve design robustness and reliability of products. 在項目中推動和支持DFSS（六西格瑪設計）活動，以提高產品的設計穩健性和可靠性。
? Assure prototype/OTS/PPAP sample quality delivered to customer. 確保交付給客戶的樣品質量，包括原型樣件、OTS和PPAP樣件。
? Implement Lessons Learned/Warranty fixes to products under development (DFMEA). 把經驗教訓和售后反饋的經驗總結導入到新項目開發階段，尤其是在DFMEA的時候。
? Lead PPAP to customer. 組織公司內部PPAP文件匯總，評審并遞交給客戶。
? Lead MSA for new project and support to gauge/test fixture requirement plan. 組織對新產品相關的量檢具的MSA活動。
2. Main tasks and responsibilities outside of Programs: 計劃外主要任務和職責：
? Establish, optimize, and maintain the communication process for DFSS. 建立、優化和維護DFSS的通信流程。
? Specify and maintain relative procedures. 指定和維護相關程序。
? Interaction with PQE for handover at special quality gate. 與PQE互動，在特殊質量門進行交接。
? Support to budget planning about quality control tools/gauges based on new product/program requirement.
根據新產品/計劃要求，支持質量控制工具/量規的預算規劃
Job requirements: 任職要求
? Bachelor’s degree or above 本科及以上學歷
? Major in Mechanical, Material, Automatic industry engineering or relative auto industry area 機械、材料、自動化工業工程或汽車相關專業
? Work Experience 3 years or above relative job experience 工作經驗 3年以上相關工作經驗
? Know the basic rule of DFM/DFA, QFD, DoE, FMEA, DVP&R, SPC, Reliability, etc. 對DFM / DFA，QFD，DoE，FMEA，DVP&R，SPC，可靠性等有基本的認識 ? 6 sigma green belt or black belt will be preferred. 有六西格瑪綠帶或黑帶更好
? Skill Customer focus, new product/process development and introduction experience 技能以客戶為中心，新產品/工藝開發和引進經驗
? Others project management and good coordination among cross functions 其他項目管理和多部門間良好的協調
