任職要求:
1.學歷專業:本科及以上學歷,金融、經濟、會計、數學等相關專業優先;具備扎實的金融基礎知識,熟悉資管業務基本框架。
2.資格證書:已取得證券從業資格證,持有基金從業資格證者優先。
3.經驗要求:1-2年資管行業交易相關工作經驗,熟悉交易下單全流程;應屆畢業生若具備扎實的專業知識(一類本科及以上)或相關實習經歷(如券商、基金公司交易崗實習)也可考慮。
4.技能基礎:熟練操作主流證券交易系統及辦公軟件(Excel、Word、PPT等),具備基本的數據整理與分析能力;熟悉交易相關法律法規及行業監管要求。
5.精準交易執行能力:嚴格遵循交易策略及風控規則,精準完成證券、基金、衍生品等資管產品的下單操作,確保交易指令準確無誤落地(核心);具備高效的多任務處理能力,能在交易時段內快速響應并執行多筆交易指令,保障交易效率。
6.流程管控與規范操作能力:熟悉交易指令從接收、審核、執行到結果反饋的全鏈路流程,能嚴格按照標準化操作規范開展工作;具備較強的流程意識,能對交易過程中的關鍵節點進行把控,及時發現并糾正流程中的不規范操作。
7.風險識別與應對能力:具備敏銳的風險意識,交易過程中實時關注市場波動、資金動態及交易系統狀態,能及時發現潛在風險點;面對交易異常、系統故障等突發情況時,能快速響應并按照應急預案執行,第一時間向交易員及風控部門反饋,保障資金安全。
8.數據整理與反饋能力:負責交易數據的日常記錄與整理,確保交易臺賬清晰、完整;定期協助交易員進行交易復盤,整理執行數據,分析下單準確率、交易成本等關鍵指標,為策略優化提供實操數據支持。
9.細節把控能力:對交易價格、數量、代碼、交易方向等關鍵信息具備極強的敏感度,能有效規避因細節失誤導致的交易風險;工作中注重細節核對,確保每一筆交易指令的執行都精準無誤。

Main responsibilities:

2. Process control: Responsible for the full-chain management from transaction instruction receiving, review, execution to result feedback, and establishing standardized operating procedures

4. Feedback optimization: Regularly review transaction data, analyze execution effectiveness, and provide practical basis for strategy iteration.
Job requirements:
Educational background and major: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or related fields; possess solid basic knowledge of finance and be familiar with the basic framework of asset management business.
Qualification certificates: Those who have obtained a securities industry qualification certificate and hold a fund industry qualification certificate are preferred.
Experience requirements: 1-2 years of relevant trading experience in the asset management industry, familiar with the entire process of placing trading orders; fresh graduates with solid professional knowledge (first-class undergraduate degree or above) or relevant internship experience (such as internship in trading positions at securities firms or fund companies) may also be considered.
Skill base: Proficient in operating mainstream securities trading systems and office software (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.), with basic data collation and analysis skills; familiar with transaction-related laws and regulations as well as industry regulatory requirements.
Precision trading execution capability: Strictly follow trading strategies and risk control rules, accurately complete the order placement operations for securities, funds, derivatives, and other asset management products, ensuring that trading instructions are accurately and flawlessly executed; possess efficient multi-task processing capabilities, capable of quickly responding and executing multiple trading instructions within the trading session, ensuring trading efficiency.
Process control and standardized operation ability: Familiar with the entire process of transaction instructions from receipt, review, execution to result feedback, and able to work strictly in accordance with standardized operating procedures; possesses strong process awareness, can control key nodes in the transaction process, and promptly identify and correct non-standardized operations in the process.
Risk identification and response capability: Possess a keen awareness of risk, pay real-time attention to market fluctuations, fund dynamics, and trading system status during the trading process, and be able to promptly identify potential risk points; in the face of emergencies such as trading anomalies and system failures, be able to respond quickly and implement emergency plans, promptly report to traders and risk control departments, and ensure fund safety.
Data collation and feedback capability: Responsible for daily recording and collation of transaction data, ensuring that transaction ledgers are clear and complete; regularly assisting traders in transaction review, collating execution data, analyzing key indicators such as order accuracy and transaction costs, and providing practical data support for strategy optimization.
Detail control ability: Possessing a strong sensitivity to key information such as transaction price, quantity, code, and transaction direction, capable of effectively avoiding transaction risks caused by details errors; focusing on detail verification in work to ensure the precise and accurate execution of each transaction instruction.
