Job Responsibilities:

1. Review and verify prices based on quotations, purchase contracts, etc. Responsible for vendor invoice verification and related accounting entries to ensure all information is accurate.
依據報價單、采購合同等審核價格,負責供應商發票校驗及相關賬務處理,確保信息準確無誤。
2. Handle vendor account payable verification and reconciliation. Conduct regular account reconciliations with vendors, send and receive statements, and proactively communicate to resolve any discrepancies.
負責供應商貨款掛賬審核及往來對賬,定期與供應商進行賬目核對,發送并接收對賬單,積極溝通解決對賬差異。
3. Develop payment schedules according to company policies and vendor payment terms. Execute payment operations to ensure funds are disbursed to vendors accurately and on time.
根據企業的付款政策和供應商的賬期要求,制定付款計劃。執行付款操作,確保資金按時、準確地支付給供應商。
4. Responsible for accounts payable report preparation and budget control. Generate detailed accounts payable and prepayment reports at period-end, along with analytical reports.
負責應付報表編制及預算管控,期末制作應付、預付明細表,并制作分析報告。
5. Assist internal and external auditors during accounts payable audits by providing relevant documents and information.
協助內外部審計師對應付賬款進行審計,提供相關文件和資料。
6. Participate in tax filing activities, ensuring tax-related treatments for accounts payable comply with tax laws and regulations.
參與稅務申報工作,確保應付賬款相關的稅務處理符合稅法規定。
Qualifications:
任職要求:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Good command of English, having passed CET-4 or possessing equivalent proficiency.
本科及以上學歷,財務、會計或相關專業。英語水平良好,通過大學英語四級(CET-4)或具備同等能力。
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain accounts payable or financial accounting. Experience with mainstream ERP systems is preferred.
具備5年以上供應鏈應付賬款或財務會計相關工作經驗。有使用主流ERP系統經驗者優先。
3. Familiar with accounting principles and accounts payable procedures. Knowledge of relevant taxation is required.

4. Diligent and meticulous work ethic with high accuracy and attention to detail. Strong ability to work independently and resolve issues.
