Technical degree in one of the following subjects: Physics Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics, Major in Vacuum technology and related are preferred. 本科及以上學歷,要求以下專業之一: 物理,機械制造,微電子,真空專業的優先考慮 Above 5 years’ semiconductor or research working experience in the related area. 5年以上半導體或科研相關工作經驗 ?Sales and negotiation skills 掌握銷售和談判技巧 ?High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customers’ needs 銷售動機明確,對客戶的需要有高度敏感性 ?Knowledge of OEM process equipment and their requirements for vacuum, instruments and other related parts. 了解OEM設備廠商和他們對真空設備,儀器和其他相關部件的需求 ?Experience in managing major customer accounts and negotiating with key accounts. 有管理重點客戶及商務談判經驗 ?Experience in making products presentations 有做產品宣講的經驗 ?Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel 能夠承受工作壓力并愿意出差 ?Good interpersonal skills, both on an individual and team basis 良好的個人與團隊人際溝通能力 ?Excellent written and verbal English skills and good computer skills 英語聽說讀寫能力良好, 熟練使用電腦 ?Strong business understanding and good knowledge of competitors’ products and activities. 商務領悟能力強,對競爭對手的產品和信息有很好的了解 ?Work requires the individual to work a flexible schedule Positive attitude and good initiative in dealing with challenges and opportunities, and high team spirit 工作時間靈活 態度積極向上,樂于面對挑戰和機會,高度的團隊合作精神
