崗位職責：
1. 單證文件管理：負責進港空運貨物的單證文件制作、分類、登記和歸檔，確保單證文件的準確性和完整性，符合相關法規要求。
2. 數據錄入分析：準確錄入進港貨運信息和數據到操作系統中，定期統計和分析貨物運輸數據，為決策提供支持。
3. 客戶協調溝通：與客戶、貨代等相關方保持密切聯系，及時了解貨物到達及運輸進程，回應客戶關于進港單證問題的咨詢。
4. 運輸方案協助：結合航班時刻和貨物特點，協助制定進港貨物運輸方案，安排運輸計劃和時間表，確保貨物處理及時準確。
5. 清關報關處理：負責進港貨物的清關和報關工作，準備和提交必要的報關資料，確保貨物順利通過海關檢查。
6. 費用跟進管理：跟進進港貨物運輸過程中的費用支付情況，確保費用及時結算，協助處理相關單證和問題。
7. 其他相關工作：完成上級領導交辦的其他與進港單證相關的工作。

任職要求：
1. 學歷與專業：大專及以上學歷，國際貿易、物流管理、報關等相關專業優先。
2. 經驗與技能：3年以上貨站或物流公司單證操作經驗，熟悉進港單證處理流程和海關相關規定。
3. 證書要求：持有報關員證或相關單證操作證書者優先。
4. 語言與計算機：良好的英語讀寫能力，能夠處理英文單證；熟練使用辦公軟件和貨運管理系統。
5. 核心素質：細心嚴謹，責任心強，具備良好的溝通能力和團隊協作精神。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Document Management: Responsible for the preparation, classification, registration and archiving of inbound air cargo documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with relevant regulations.
2. Data Entry and Analysis: Accurately enter inbound freight information and data into operating systems, regularly collect and analyze cargo transportation data to support decision-making.
3. Customer Coordination: Maintain close contact with customers, freight forwarders and other relevant parties to track cargo arrival and transportation progress, respond to customer inquiries regarding inbound documentation.
4. Transportation Planning Assistance: Assist in developing inbound cargo transportation plans based on flight schedules and cargo characteristics, arrange transportation schedules to ensure timely and accurate cargo processing.
5. Customs Clearance: Handle customs clearance procedures for inbound cargo, prepare and submit necessary customs declaration documents to ensure smooth customs inspection.
6. Cost Tracking: Monitor payment status of inbound cargo transportation costs, ensure timely settlement, assist in handling related documentation and issues.
7. Other Related Tasks: Complete other inbound documentation related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
1. Education and Major: College diploma or above, preference given to majors in International Trade, Logistics Management, Customs Declaration or related fields.
2. Experience and Skills: Over 3 years of documentation operation experience in cargo terminals or logistics companies, familiar with inbound documentation processes and customs regulations.
3. Certification Requirements: Preference given to candidates holding customs declaration certificate or related documentation operation certificates.
4. Language and Computer: Good English reading and writing skills, able to handle English documents; proficient in using office software and freight management systems.
5. Core Competencies: Meticulous and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit.
