General Management and Strategy
-Lead all raw material supply activities and processes for the operation.
-Lead owned project change management in operations unit SCM.
-Ensure compliance in plant/operations unit SCM.
-Keep continuous optimization within SCM catalog.
-Familiar with SCM procedure documents.
Supplier Management
-Monitor supplier capacity with SQA/purchasing to escalate to high level if necessary.
-Frequency meeting/visit to supplier for problem solving and performance promotion. "
-Logistics and Inventory Management
-Monitoring and evaluation of Key performance indicators (KPI).
-Ensure feasibility of the masterplan's shipment plan, monitoring and control of inventories in terms of structure and range of coverage and coordinate the optimization of transports with the transportation.
-Monitor the long term stock and take action to improve the stock value.
Project management
-Ensure the attendance to the new project for all SCM involved activities, shared FX documents as standard process and support all SCM related handover from project to serial logistic.
-Keep continuous promotion regarding the project.
Monitoring and Reporting
-Ensure supply chain performance (KPI) monitoring and reporting with action(e.g. regarding special freight cost, delivery performance, order fluctuation , inventory value, turn rate) to supply chain manager.
-Ensure supplier SCM performance monitoring in collaboration with purchasing (e.g. delivery reliability to production line )
Control measures to improve supply chain performance
Qualification:
Education: Degree in logistics/supply chain studies, engineering studies, business studies or related fields with main focus on logistics and supply chain management
Professional Experience: 5 or more years of professional experience in various supply chain and logistics functions cross functional experience e.g. in engineering, quality, purchasing or CBS preferred
Project and/or Process Experience: experience in supply chain and production processes
