主要工作職責（Key Responsibilities）?

1. 負責公司業務的操作與跟進，涵蓋危險品運輸、空運、整箱（FCL）及拼箱（LCL）等物流服務，確保貨物運輸各環節合規且順暢銜接。?

1. 與國外代理保持密切溝通，高效處理危險品訂單確認、貨物追蹤、單據傳遞等事宜，及時響應對方需求并解決合作中的問題。?

1. 負責危險品物流單據的制作、審核與歸檔，包括提單、報關單、危包證、裝箱單等，確保單據信息準確無誤且符合行業規范、國際法規及客戶要求。?

1. 協調與船公司、航空公司、報關行、危險品倉庫等相關方的合作，跟進危險品訂艙、報關、查驗、運輸等流程，保障貨物按時合規進出港。?

1. 監控危險品運輸狀態，及時向客戶及國外代理反饋物流信息，處理運輸過程中可能出現的異常情況（如查驗延誤、包裝問題等），降低安全風險。?

任職要求（Qualifications & Requirements）?

1. 本科及以上學歷，物流管理、國際貿易、化工等相關專業優先，具備 1-3 年危險品國際物流相關操作經驗者優先。?

1. 英文聽說讀寫能力熟練，能夠流暢進行英文郵件往來及口語溝通，可獨立與國外代理進行危險品業務對接。?

1. 熟悉危險品國際物流操作流程，了解不同類別危險品（如 DG）的運輸規則、國際法規（如 IMDG Code）及港口特殊要求（如青島港 VGS 申報等）。?

1. 具備較強的安全意識、溝通協調能力、問題解決能力及抗壓能力，工作認真負責，注重細節。?

1. 熟練使用 Office 辦公軟件及物流管理系統，持有危險品相關操作證書者優先。?

Key Responsibilities?

1. Be responsible for the operation and follow-up of the company's businesses, including dangerous goods transportation, air freight, FCL and LCL logistics services, ensuring that all links of cargo transportation are compliant and smoothly connected.?

1. Maintain close communication with foreign agents, efficiently handle dangerous goods order confirmation, cargo tracking, document transmission and other matters, timely respond to their needs and solve problems in cooperation.?

1. Be responsible for the preparation, review and filing of dangerous goods logistics documents, including bills of lading, customs declarations, dangerous goods packaging certificates, packing lists, etc., to ensure that the document information is accurate and meets industry standards, international regulations and customer requirements.?

1. Coordinate cooperation with shipping companies, airlines, customs brokers, dangerous goods warehouses and other relevant parties, follow up the processes of dangerous goods booking, customs declaration, inspection, transportation, etc., to ensure that goods enter and exit the port on time and in compliance with regulations.?

1. Monitor the status of dangerous goods transportation, timely feedback logistics information to customers and foreign agents, handle abnormal situations that may occur during transportation (such as inspection delays, packaging issues, etc.), and reduce safety risks.?

Qualifications & Requirements?

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in logistics management, international trade, chemical engineering and other related majors is preferred, and 1-3 years of relevant operation experience in dangerous goods international logistics is preferred.?

1. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to conduct fluent English email correspondence and oral communication, and independently conduct dangerous goods business docking with foreign agents.?

1. Familiar with dangerous goods international logistics operation processes, understand the transportation rules of different categories of dangerous goods (such as DG), international regulations (such as IMDG Code) and special port requirements (such as Qingdao Port VGS declaration, etc.).?

1. Strong safety awareness, communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills and pressure resistance, serious and responsible in work, and pay attention to details.?

1. Proficiency in Office software and logistics management systems, and those holding dangerous goods related operation certificates are preferred.?
